【摘要】：電子政務(wù)實(shí)踐的內(nèi)涵在不斷地發(fā)展與演進(jìn),本文在研究電子政務(wù)實(shí)踐內(nèi)涵的變化與主體外延發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了電子政務(wù)的國(guó)際形勢(shì),主要包括電子政務(wù)發(fā)展指數(shù)的提升、以平臺(tái)的形式向公眾提供公共服務(wù),以及電子政務(wù)評(píng)估標(biāo)桿;接著討論了電子政務(wù)向縱深發(fā)展在助推政府治理現(xiàn)代化中的作用,最后提出了大力推進(jìn)新時(shí)期我國(guó)電子政務(wù)的實(shí)施措施。
[Abstract]:The connotation of e-government practice is constantly developing and evolving. On the basis of studying the change of E-government practice connotation and the development of subject extension, this paper analyzes the international situation of e-government, mainly including the promotion of e-government development index. Providing public services to the public in the form of platforms, as well as the benchmarking of e-government evaluation; and then discussing the role of e-government in promoting the modernization of government governance. Finally, it puts forward the implementation measures of promoting e-government in the new period.
