【摘要】：當(dāng)前,青年公務(wù)員已成為我國公務(wù)員隊伍的中流砥柱,他們作為國家意志的執(zhí)行者和人民“公共利益”的維護(hù)者,在社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。青年公務(wù)員思想政治素質(zhì)的狀況代表著黨和國家的形象,關(guān)系著國內(nèi)政治的穩(wěn)定和國家利益的根本實現(xiàn)。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和改革開放的不斷深入,各種文化和思潮相互交流,相互激蕩,相互融合,一些似是而非、帶有政治傾向的思潮不斷影響和充斥著青年公務(wù)員的思想。同時,由于青年公務(wù)員處于人生和職業(yè)發(fā)展的特殊時期,他們更多的面臨和承受著來自職業(yè)發(fā)展和家庭、經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的壓力,致使青年公務(wù)員思想政治素質(zhì)方面出現(xiàn)了一些問題。因此,全面系統(tǒng)的研究青年公務(wù)員思想政治教育,提升青年公務(wù)員思想政治素質(zhì)刻不容緩。本文通篇緊緊圍繞青年公務(wù)員思想政治教育存在的問題和對策研究這一核心�；趯η嗄旯珓�(wù)員概念、特征及青年公務(wù)員思想政治教育特點的分析,提出了加強(qiáng)我國青年公務(wù)員思想政治教育的依據(jù)和重大意義;隨之,總結(jié)和概括了當(dāng)前我國青年公務(wù)員思想政治素質(zhì)和思想政治教育存在的問題,在深挖存在問題原因的基礎(chǔ)上,最終從四個方面提出了增強(qiáng)青年公務(wù)員思想政治教育實效性的一系列辦法和策略。
[Abstract]:At present, the young civil servants have become the mainstay of the civil servants in our country. As the executors of the national will and the defenders of the people's "public interest", they play an important role in the cause of socialist modernization.The ideological and political quality of young civil servants represents the image of the Party and the country, which is related to the stability of domestic politics and the fundamental realization of national interests.With the development of our economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, all kinds of cultures and ideological trends communicate, stir and merge with each other, and some specious and political trends constantly influence and flood the thoughts of young civil servants.At the same time, because young civil servants are in the special period of life and career development, they face and bear more pressure from career development and family, economic aspects, resulting in some problems in the ideological and political quality of young civil servants.Therefore, a comprehensive and systematic study of ideological and political education of young civil servants, improve the ideological and political quality of young civil servants is urgent.This paper focuses on the core of ideological and political education of young civil servants.Based on the analysis of the concept and characteristics of young civil servants and the characteristics of ideological and political education of young civil servants, the paper puts forward the basis and significance of strengthening ideological and political education of young civil servants in China.This paper summarizes and generalizes the problems existing in the ideological and political quality and ideological and political education of young civil servants in our country at present, and on the basis of digging into the causes of the existing problems,Finally, a series of methods and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for young civil servants are put forward from four aspects.
