【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,取得了舉世矚目的成就。在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的歷程中,地方政府官員的主動推動起到了重要作用。本文運用回歸分析的方法,研究特定時期官員特征數(shù)據(jù)和工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,分析官員的教育和職業(yè)背景對于企業(yè)經(jīng)營的影響和影響規(guī)律。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)歷、專業(yè)、職業(yè)經(jīng)歷等特征對官員策略產(chǎn)生重要的影響,如高學(xué)歷的官員更傾向于增加企業(yè)的研發(fā)投入,提高核心競爭力,而不是改善企業(yè)的短期經(jīng)營狀況;社科類專業(yè)的官員偏重于改善企業(yè)的短期經(jīng)營狀況,理工科專業(yè)的官員傾向于改善企業(yè)長期的經(jīng)營,而人文專業(yè)的官員較為平均;有過黨團培養(yǎng)經(jīng)歷的官員偏重于改善企業(yè)的短期狀況,有過秘書長職務(wù)經(jīng)歷的官員則偏重于促進企業(yè)的長期投入以獲得長期經(jīng)營的改善。此外,隨著時間的推移,官員學(xué)歷高低帶來的影響變得不顯著,專業(yè)差異帶來的影響變得重要。本文的研究豐富和拓展了地方主政官員特征與本地企業(yè)和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相關(guān)文獻,對進一步探索地方官員影響企業(yè)發(fā)展有很好的幫助。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy continues to develop rapidly and has made remarkable achievements.In the course of economic development, the initiative of local government officials played an important role.In this paper, regression analysis is used to study the relationship between official characteristic data and industrial enterprise data, and to analyze the influence and law of official education and professional background on enterprise management.The study found that the characteristics of education, specialty and professional experience have important influence on the official strategy. For example, the officials with higher education tend to increase the R & D investment of the enterprise, improve the core competitiveness, rather than improve the short-term operating situation of the enterprise.The officials of the social science major pay more attention to the improvement of the short-term management of the enterprise, the officials of the science and engineering major tend to improve the long-term management of the enterprise, while the officials of the humanities major tend to improve the long-term management of the enterprise.Officials with experience in party caucuses focus on improving the short-term situation of the enterprise, while officials with experience in the post of secretary-general emphasize on promoting the long-term investment of the enterprise to obtain long-term business improvement.In addition, over time, the impact of high and low levels of official education becomes less significant, and the impact of professional differences becomes important.The research in this paper enriches and expands the relevant literature on the characteristics of local government officials and the development of local enterprises and economy, which is helpful to further explore the influence of local officials on the development of enterprises.
