【摘要】：從文化特征出發(fā),構(gòu)建朝鮮族交流模式的區(qū)分框架,并制定出朝鮮族交流模式的檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。依托SPSS for Windows version 18.0的真實(shí)調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。分析結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了謙遜型、他人激勵(lì)型、理直氣壯型和慎重傾聽型等四個(gè)參數(shù)的有效性,且在各個(gè)參數(shù)分類中剔除了不符合參數(shù)構(gòu)成原則的項(xiàng)目,最終能滿足參數(shù)構(gòu)成條件的項(xiàng)目共計(jì)34項(xiàng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the cultural characteristics, the paper constructs the distinguishing frame of Korean communication mode, and formulates the test standard of Korean communication mode.Based on the true questionnaire of SPSS for Windows version 18.0, this paper makes an empirical analysis.The results verify the validity of the four parameters, namely, humility, motivation by others, integrity and listening carefully, and the items that do not conform to the principle of parameter composition are excluded from each parameter classification.There are 34 items which can satisfy the condition of parameter composition.
