【摘要】：政務(wù)微博自誕生以來(lái),作為政府與百姓之間溝通的橋梁和紐帶之一,促進(jìn)了政府信息透明化、公開(kāi)化和政務(wù)服務(wù)效率的提升；在熱點(diǎn)事件、突發(fā)事件的信息傳播和應(yīng)對(duì)上,收獲了良好的效果。因此,多地都對(duì)本地的政務(wù)微博發(fā)展進(jìn)行了年度分析與排名,以此發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問(wèn)題,以便更好地發(fā)揮政務(wù)微博的作用。寧波市作為浙江省內(nèi)政務(wù)微博發(fā)展?fàn)顩r較好的地區(qū),也有學(xué)者和政府工作人員對(duì)其進(jìn)行了專門(mén)的報(bào)告和分析。本報(bào)告作為近年來(lái)寧波市政務(wù)微博年度報(bào)告的延續(xù),進(jìn)一步細(xì)化了數(shù)據(jù)分析項(xiàng)目；并聯(lián)系相關(guān)的傳播學(xué)理論分析數(shù)據(jù)排名的意義和局限,通過(guò)具體的案例分析給予讀者更生動(dòng)直觀的印象。通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)比較和案例分析,本報(bào)告呈現(xiàn)了全市政務(wù)微博的整體發(fā)展概況,發(fā)現(xiàn)運(yùn)營(yíng)中常見(jiàn)的不足,并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況和前人經(jīng)驗(yàn),歸納出適用的運(yùn)營(yíng)手段和策略。
[Abstract]:Since its birth, Weibo, as one of the bridges and ties between the government and the common people, has promoted the transparency of government information, the openness of government information and the improvement of government service efficiency. As a result, many places conducted an annual analysis and ranking of the development of Weibo, the local government affairs, in order to find out the existing problems. In order to give better play to the role of government affairs Weibo. Ningbo City is a region with relatively good development status in Zhejiang Province, Some scholars and government staff have made a special report and analysis on it. As a continuation of Weibo's annual report in recent years, this report has further refined the data analysis project. And related communication theory to analyze the significance and limitations of data ranking, through specific case studies to give readers a more vivid and intuitive impression. Through data comparison and case analysis, This report presents the general situation of the overall development of the city's government affairs Weibo, finds out the common deficiencies in the operation, and combines the actual situation and previous experience, summarizes the applicable operation means and strategies.
