【摘要】：隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念在全球廣泛傳播,政府組織可持續(xù)發(fā)展報(bào)告研究與實(shí)踐成果日益豐富,對(duì)推動(dòng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施以及責(zé)任型、透明型、績效型政府建設(shè),發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。本文系統(tǒng)梳理主要發(fā)達(dá)國家和我國政府組織可持續(xù)發(fā)展報(bào)告研究現(xiàn)狀與實(shí)踐進(jìn)展?fàn)顩r,探討我國政府可持續(xù)發(fā)展報(bào)告研究與實(shí)踐存在的不足,并提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。強(qiáng)調(diào)改革和完善政績報(bào)告制度,出臺(tái)專項(xiàng)政策法規(guī),推行可持續(xù)發(fā)展報(bào)告或科學(xué)發(fā)展實(shí)績報(bào)告。
[Abstract]:As the concept of sustainable development is widely disseminated in the world, the research and practice of sustainable development report of governmental organizations are becoming more and more abundant, which can promote the implementation of sustainable development strategy and the construction of responsible, transparent and performance-oriented government. This paper systematically combs the research status and practice progress of sustainable development report in the main developed countries and our government organizations, and discusses the shortcomings of the research and practice of the sustainable development report in our country. It also puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions, emphasizes the reform and improvement of the performance reporting system, promulgates special policies and regulations, and promotes the sustainable development report or the scientific development achievement report.
