【摘要】：正1.創(chuàng)新地方政府治理理念,提升城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展質(zhì)量。一是厘清新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展核心。新型城鎮(zhèn)化的核心是人的城鎮(zhèn)化,而非物的城鎮(zhèn)化,新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中地方政府應(yīng)把人作為核心要素,把提升全體社會成員的福利水平作為己任,而不應(yīng)當(dāng)過度關(guān)注城鎮(zhèn)的外表形態(tài)或物的城鎮(zhèn)化;通過深化戶籍制度改革,消除城鄉(xiāng)二元戶籍制度及其背后的不公平性問題,強(qiáng)化人的城鎮(zhèn)
[Abstract]:Innovating the concept of local government governance to improve the quality of urbanization. One is to clarify the core of the development of new urbanization. The core of new urbanization is the urbanization of people, not the urbanization of things.
