【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型深化,城市社會(huì)多重矛盾并現(xiàn),由此引發(fā)的群體性事件將影響城市社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。本文通過(guò)分析中國(guó)典型群體性事件,探究了城市社會(huì)穩(wěn)定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特征與衍生機(jī)制、制度脆弱性的特征與評(píng)估方式。制度脆弱性是影響社會(huì)穩(wěn)定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的重要因素,脆弱制度不利于應(yīng)對(duì)重復(fù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),甚至降低社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)燃點(diǎn)。因此,要以建設(shè)彈性的社會(huì)治理體系為突破口,通過(guò)建設(shè)包容性決策過(guò)程和回應(yīng)性強(qiáng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)溝通,提高城市的抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's economic transformation and the emergence of multiple contradictions in urban society, the group events will affect the stability of urban society. This paper analyzes the typical group events in China. This paper probes into the characteristics and derivative mechanism of urban social stability risk, the characteristics and evaluation methods of institutional vulnerability. Institutional vulnerability is an important factor affecting social stability risk, and fragile institution is not conducive to dealing with repeated risks. Therefore, it is necessary to build a flexible social governance system as a breakthrough point, through building inclusive decision-making process and risk communication with strong responsiveness to improve the city's ability to resist risks.
