【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政理念的轉(zhuǎn)型,再次面臨未來怎樣治理社會主義社會問題,即如何建立以社會治理為主的國家安全和長治久安。藏區(qū)社會治理是當(dāng)代中國面臨的一個重大而緊迫的現(xiàn)實問題,既有與全國共性的社會矛盾,也有境外分裂勢力滲透的特殊矛盾。青海處于固疆穩(wěn)藏戰(zhàn)略要地,圍繞寺院管理實施的寺院"六大工程",對未來青海藏區(qū)實現(xiàn)社會持續(xù)穩(wěn)定、長期穩(wěn)定、全面穩(wěn)定有著重要的影響,也是政府未來藏區(qū)社會治理決策重要的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The transformation of the ruling concept of the Communist Party of China has once again faced the problem of how to govern the socialist society in the future. That is, how to establish the national security and long-term peace with social governance in the main. The social governance in Tibetan areas is a major and urgent practical problem facing China, which has social contradictions with the common character of the whole country. There is also a special contradiction between the infiltration of overseas splittist forces. Qinghai is at the strategic point of securing Xinjiang's stable reservoir. The "six major projects" of temple management around the temple management will bring about social stability and long-term stability in Qinghai's Tibetan areas in the future. Overall stability has an important influence, and it is also an important reference basis for the government to make decisions on social governance in Tibetan areas in the future.
