【摘要】：歷史上的"治邊"話語和"邊政"概念對今天"邊疆治理"概念的形成產(chǎn)生了深刻影響。隨著邊疆治理概念被明確界定、提出和普遍應(yīng)用,邊疆治理研究始漸成為一個專門的研究領(lǐng)域。然而在當(dāng)前的研究中,對于邊疆治理概念的使用并不統(tǒng)一,甚至缺少基礎(chǔ)的概念共識。特別是基于不同學(xué)科視角對邊疆治理概念的截取、解構(gòu)和演繹,導(dǎo)致邊疆治理的內(nèi)涵和邊界日漸模糊,對這一核心概念的解釋力產(chǎn)生了消解和削弱效應(yīng)。在這種形勢下,應(yīng)當(dāng)確立邊疆治理概念界定和使用的國家視角,以形成基本的概念工具和學(xué)術(shù)立場,從而持續(xù)推進(jìn)中國邊疆治理話語體系和中國邊疆學(xué)學(xué)科的構(gòu)建進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:The history of the "frontier" and "political discourse" concept for today "frontier governance" concept formation has a profound influence. With the concept of Frontier governance is clearly defined, is put forward and the widespread application, the research frontier governance was gradually become a special research field. However, in the current study, the use of Frontier governance the concept is not unified, the concept of consensus even the lack of foundation. Especially in different disciplines of Frontier governance based on the concept of interception, deconstruction and deduction, leading to its content and boundary of Frontier governance increasingly blurred, the core concept of the explanatory power produced digestion and weaken the effect. In this situation, we should establish the concept of Frontier governance the definition and use of the national perspective, to form conceptual tools and basic academic position, to continue to promote the system of Chinese frontier governance discourse and China frontier discipline construction process.
