【摘要】：準(zhǔn)政府組織是一種典型的公共組織,它并非正式的政府部門,卻在某種程度上行使一定的公共權(quán)力。在西方國(guó)家,六種不同稱謂的準(zhǔn)政府組織卻擁有基本一致的內(nèi)涵。現(xiàn)代社會(huì)公共事務(wù)日益龐雜以及官僚機(jī)構(gòu)逐漸膨脹的趨勢(shì)構(gòu)成了西方國(guó)家準(zhǔn)政府組織研究的基本背景,相關(guān)研究在研究對(duì)象、研究主體和研究?jī)?nèi)容方面的特點(diǎn)也是在此基礎(chǔ)上形成的。從研究取向看,西方準(zhǔn)政府組織研究呈現(xiàn)出縱向和橫向兩個(gè)維度的研究重心,其間反映出相應(yīng)的研究范式和理論關(guān)懷。而處于起步階段的中國(guó)準(zhǔn)政府組織研究需要借鑒西方經(jīng)驗(yàn),逐步走向本土化和化零為整的研究道路。
[Abstract]:The quasi-government organization is a typical public organization. It is not a formal government department, but to some extent it exercises certain public power. However, six kinds of quasi-government organizations with different appellations have basically the same connotations. The increasing complexity of public affairs in modern society and the gradual expansion of bureaucracy constitute the basic background of the study of quasi-government organizations in western countries. The characteristics of the research object, the subject and the content of the relevant research are also formed on this basis. From the perspective of research orientation, the research on quasi-government organization in the West shows the focus of the study in both vertical and horizontal dimensions. It reflects the corresponding research paradigm and theoretical concern, while the research of quasi-government organizations in China at the initial stage needs to draw lessons from the western experience and gradually move towards the research path of localization and zero to integration.
