【摘要】：【目的】分析我國地方政府各開放數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)接口服務(wù)同國際發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的差距,探討提升互操作性的途徑�！緫�(yīng)用背景】"十三五"期間,我國將建設(shè)國家政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一開放平臺(tái),推動(dòng)各級(jí)政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)的開放共享與深度利用,對(duì)開放數(shù)據(jù)接口服務(wù)有著廣泛的需求�！痉椒ā吭诮榻B國際上主要的開放數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)和W3C API最佳實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上,分析我國開放數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)接口服務(wù)的主要不足。引進(jìn)開放數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)議OData,給出開放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化API服務(wù)的關(guān)鍵步驟�！窘Y(jié)果】通過搭建OData服務(wù)、發(fā)布說明文檔和附加機(jī)器可讀的元數(shù)據(jù),為遵循國際通用的最佳實(shí)踐打下基礎(chǔ)�！窘Y(jié)論】我國在提供接口服務(wù)時(shí),需要借鑒先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),采納國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是提升互操作水平的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:[Objective] analysis of China's local government open data services platform interface with the international development trend of the gap, to enhance the interoperability of the way. [] the application background of "13th Five-Year" period, China will build a unified national government data open platform to promote open government data sharing and the depth of use is widely the demand for open data interface services. [method] in the main international open data platform and W3C API best practices on the basis of the main problems, analysis of China's open data services platform interface. The introduction of open data protocol OData, the key steps are open standard API services. [results] by building a OData service the release notes document metadata, and additional machine-readable, lay the foundation for the best practices to follow international. [Conclusion] in China provides the interface service, need to learn from the advanced Experience, the adoption of international standards is the key to improving interoperability.
