【摘要】：多元文化背景衍生出多元化的個體理性,公共理性和普遍共識的缺乏內(nèi)生于政府的合法性危機(jī),這造成了社會個體之間僅靠利益維系的脆弱關(guān)系。鄰避沖突反映了社會個體缺乏運(yùn)用公共理性參與公共生活的問題,暴露出兼顧個人利益維護(hù)和公共利益分享的個體理性算計邏輯,對社會穩(wěn)定發(fā)展帶來強(qiáng)烈的溢出損害效應(yīng),強(qiáng)化了社會整體性疏離。應(yīng)針對個體理性的脆弱性做出正面反饋和回應(yīng),以公意為基礎(chǔ)重塑公共理性,加強(qiáng)公眾在公共領(lǐng)域的參與、批判、爭辯、討論,在私利與公利的均衡與共融中探求解決鄰避事件更廣闊的行動空間。
[Abstract]:The multi-cultural background gives rise to the crisis of legitimacy of the government due to the pluralistic individual rationality, the lack of public rationality and the general consensus. This results in a fragile relationship between social individuals which is maintained only by their interests. Conflict avoidance reflects the lack of participation of social individuals in public life through the use of public rationality. The individual rational calculation logic, which takes into account the maintenance of personal interests and the sharing of public interests, has brought about a strong spillover damage effect to the stable development of society. We should make positive feedback and response to the vulnerability of individual rationality, reshape public rationality on the basis of public will, and strengthen public participation, criticism, debate and discussion in the public sphere. In the balance and integration of self-interest and public interest, the author explores the broader action space to solve the neighboring evasive events.
