【摘要】：[目的/意義]政府網(wǎng)站持續(xù)使用意向是電子政務(wù)研究領(lǐng)域的重要議題之一,目前國內(nèi)研究多關(guān)注電子政務(wù)初始采納,對(duì)政府網(wǎng)站持續(xù)使用意向的討論較少。[方法/過程]運(yùn)用扎根理論,探討公眾對(duì)政府網(wǎng)站持續(xù)使用意向的影響因素,對(duì)56位受訪者的訪談數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行開放式編碼、主軸編碼和選擇性編碼等分析,構(gòu)建出政府網(wǎng)站公眾持續(xù)使用意向的理論模型。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]研究發(fā)現(xiàn),需求-感知匹配度是公眾持續(xù)使用意向的直接影響因素,政府網(wǎng)站的服務(wù)運(yùn)營、政府觀念、用戶特征和政府網(wǎng)站的外部環(huán)境間接影響公眾持續(xù)使用意向,并提出針對(duì)性的建議:滿足公眾多樣化需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)政府網(wǎng)站的精準(zhǔn)服務(wù);提高傳播力,促進(jìn)公眾參與,強(qiáng)化政府網(wǎng)站的互動(dòng)服務(wù);樹立良好的服務(wù)觀念,建設(shè)政府網(wǎng)站的關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣,整合現(xiàn)有服務(wù);完善制度建設(shè),形成政府網(wǎng)站的保障機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] the intention of sustainable use of government websites is one of the most important topics in the field of e-government research. At present, domestic research focuses on the initial adoption of e-government. There is less discussion about the intention of sustainable use of government websites. [methods / process] using the rooted theory to explore the influencing factors of the public's intention of sustainable use of government websites, the interview data of 56 interviewees were coded open. Based on the analysis of spindle coding and selective coding, a theoretical model of the public's intention to use continuously on government websites is constructed. [results / conclusions] it is found that the degree of needs-perception matching is the direct influence factor of the public's intention to use continuously. The service operation, government concept, user characteristics and external environment of government website indirectly affect the public's intention to use continuously, and put forward some suggestions: to meet the diverse needs of the public, to realize the precise service of government website; Improve the communication power, promote public participation, strengthen the interactive services of government websites; set up a good service concept, build the correlation matrix of government websites, integrate existing services; perfect the system construction, form the government website security mechanism.
