烏蘭夫少數(shù)民族政治認(rèn)同思想探究

【摘要】:政治認(rèn)同始終是我國民族工作之重點(diǎn),在經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展、社會急劇變化的今天尤為值得關(guān)注。少數(shù)民族的政治認(rèn)同需要從兩種角度考慮:少數(shù)民族成員認(rèn)同現(xiàn)行的政治體系,或者現(xiàn)行的政治體系被少數(shù)民族成員所認(rèn)同。研究者主要考慮以現(xiàn)行政治體系為中心的政治認(rèn)同問題,而不能以少數(shù)民族成員視角分析問題。蒙古族共產(chǎn)黨員烏蘭夫在中國革命和建設(shè)中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)民族工作,為祖國統(tǒng)一和民族團(tuán)結(jié)、為內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)之解放和社會主義建設(shè)事業(yè)做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。他同時(shí)作為少數(shù)民族成員和全國政治體系中的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,以“認(rèn)同”與“被認(rèn)同”的角度,在中國革命和建設(shè)事業(yè)中,在極具代表性的內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)民族工作實(shí)踐中,以馬列主義為指導(dǎo),充分調(diào)研內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)和內(nèi)蒙古民族的實(shí)際情況,形成了兼具理論和實(shí)踐價(jià)值的少數(shù)民族政冶認(rèn)同思想。烏蘭夫少數(shù)民族政冶認(rèn)同思想從我國統(tǒng)一的多民族國家的實(shí)際出發(fā),從內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)蒙漢等多民族雜居的實(shí)際出發(fā),既始終站在中華民族和國家利益的高度來考慮問題,又著眼本民族利益來分析問題。他一貫強(qiáng)調(diào)政治認(rèn)同的重要性,強(qiáng)調(diào)民族工作要始終堅(jiān)持中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、維護(hù)國家統(tǒng)一和增強(qiáng)民族團(tuán)結(jié)。基于這樣的思想,他結(jié)合內(nèi)蒙古實(shí)際開展民族工作實(shí)踐,取得了不凡成就。因此,探究烏蘭夫少數(shù)民族政治認(rèn)同思想對當(dāng)代民族工作開展具有獨(dú)特價(jià)值。本文意在通過對烏蘭夫少數(shù)民族政治認(rèn)同思想形成之背景與淵源分析、主要內(nèi)容之系統(tǒng)梳理,達(dá)到探究其當(dāng)代意義之目的。文章主體部分有三章,內(nèi)容概要如下:第一章烏蘭夫少數(shù)民族政治認(rèn)同思想的形成。烏蘭夫少數(shù)民族政治認(rèn)同思想形成和發(fā)展的過程,也是烏蘭夫民族思想形成和發(fā)展的過程。烏蘭夫少數(shù)民族政治認(rèn)同思想誕生和發(fā)展于二十世紀(jì)中國革命和建設(shè)的歷史階段,淵源來自兩方面:一方面是馬克思主義民族理論和政治認(rèn)同思想,以及中國共產(chǎn)黨的民族理論和民族政策,另一方面是蒙古民族樸素的民族思想。前者是主要來源。第二章烏蘭夫少數(shù)民族政治認(rèn)同思想的主要內(nèi)容。政治認(rèn)同資源主要由意識性、制度性和功績性資源組成,在烏蘭夫的民族思想中,政治認(rèn)同的意識性資源主要體現(xiàn)在對黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的認(rèn)同,制度性資源主要體現(xiàn)在對社會主義制度和黨的民族政策的認(rèn)同,功績性資源主要體現(xiàn)在對黨發(fā)展民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)主張的認(rèn)同。第三章烏蘭夫少數(shù)民族政治認(rèn)同思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。烏蘭夫少數(shù)民族政治認(rèn)同思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值主要體現(xiàn)在對馬克思主義民族理論的貢獻(xiàn),對民族區(qū)域自治制度的貢獻(xiàn),以及對構(gòu)建和諧社會的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Political identity has always been the focus of national work in our country. Today, when the economy is developing rapidly and society is changing rapidly, it is worth paying attention to. The political identity of ethnic minorities needs to be considered from two angles: the ethnic minority members identify with the current political system, Or the current political system is recognized by members of ethnic minorities. Researchers mainly consider the issue of political identity centered on the current political system. Ulanhu, a member of the Mongolian Communist Party, led the national work in the course of the Chinese revolution and construction and worked for the reunification of the motherland and national unity. He has made important contributions to the cause of liberation and socialist construction in Inner Mongolia. As a member of the national minority and a leader in the national political system, he has taken the view of "identity" and "being recognized" in the cause of Chinese revolution and construction. In the extremely representative practice of ethnic work in Inner Mongolia, under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism, we have fully investigated the actual situation in Inner Mongolia and the Inner Mongolia ethnic groups. The thought of political and metallurgical identity of minority nationalities, which has both theoretical and practical values, has been formed. Ulanhu's thought of political and metallurgical identity of ethnic minorities proceeds from the reality of a unified multi-ethnic country in China, and from the reality of the mixed residence of the Mongolian and Han nationalities in the Inner Mongolia region. He has always stressed the importance of political identity and the need for ethnic work to always adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Safeguarding national unity and strengthening national unity. Based on this idea, he has made remarkable achievements in carrying out ethnic work in light of the actual situation in Inner Mongolia. Exploring the unique value of Ulanhu's thought of minority political identity is of special value to the development of contemporary national work. This paper aims to analyze the background and origin of the formation of ethnic minority political identity thought, the main content of which is systematically combed. There are three chapters in the main part of the article, the content is summarized as follows: the first chapter is the formation of Ulanhu's minority political identity thought, the process of the formation and development of Ulanhu's ethnic minority political identity thought. It was also the process of the formation and development of Ulanhu's national ideology. The ethnic minority political identity thought was born and developed in the historical stage of Chinese revolution and construction in 20th century. The origin comes from two aspects: on the one hand, Marxist national theory and political identity thought, and the Chinese Communist Party's national theory and national policy, On the other hand, the national thought of Mongolian nationality is simple. The former is the main source. The second chapter is the main content of Ulanhu's political identity thought. The resources of political identity are mainly composed of conscious, institutional and meritorious resources. In Ulanhu's national thought, the conscious resources of political identity are mainly reflected in the recognition of the leadership of the Party, and the institutional resources are mainly reflected in the recognition of the socialist system and the party's national policies. The meritorious resources are mainly reflected in the recognition of the party's claim to develop the economy in the minority areas. Chapter 3: the contemporary value of Ulanhu's thought of minority political identity and the contemporary value of the thought of ethnic minority's political identity of Ulanhu. In his contribution to Marxist national theory, The contribution to the system of regional national autonomy and the construction of a harmonious society.
