【摘要】：分化性社會(huì)格局下,社區(qū)治理需要改變目前社區(qū)無權(quán)狀態(tài),而當(dāng)下城市社區(qū)公益創(chuàng)投活動(dòng)是實(shí)踐這一需要的新探索。在城市社區(qū)公益創(chuàng)投活動(dòng)中,制度賦權(quán)、社區(qū)賦權(quán)與增能技術(shù)良性互動(dòng)、相互交織。其中,制度賦權(quán)為社區(qū)公益組織發(fā)展提供了合法性環(huán)境、社區(qū)賦權(quán)提升了社區(qū)社會(huì)資本、增能技術(shù)使居民的參與更加趨向理性化,他們共同肩負(fù)改善社區(qū)治理結(jié)構(gòu)微環(huán)境、培育基層社會(huì)自主性意識(shí)萌發(fā)的重任,是我國當(dāng)下社區(qū)治理轉(zhuǎn)型的新機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Under the differentiated social pattern, community governance needs to change the current status of community powerlessness, and the current urban community public interest venture capital activities is a new exploration to practice this need. In the urban community public welfare venture capital activities, institutional empowerment. Among them, institutional empowerment provides a legitimate environment for the development of community public welfare organizations, and community empowerment promotes community social capital. Energy enhancement technology makes the participation of residents more rational, they jointly shoulder the responsibility of improving the micro-environment of community governance structure and cultivating the grass-roots social autonomy consciousness germination, which is the new mechanism of the transformation of community governance in our country.
