【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與公益的結(jié)合使傳統(tǒng)的高校公益衍生了新的樣態(tài),如校園項(xiàng)目的公益眾籌、大學(xué)生志愿項(xiàng)目和志愿者的線上管理、校園民間的虛擬"智庫(kù)"、校園文化產(chǎn)品的線上再生產(chǎn)等。高�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)公益呈現(xiàn)出公益"消費(fèi)"的運(yùn)行模式,引發(fā)出一系列的問(wèn)題和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。以學(xué)校為主體,從公益消費(fèi)的"供給側(cè)"出發(fā),在價(jià)值取向、功能定位、資源配置、管理策略等方面對(duì)高�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)公益進(jìn)行"元治理"是規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、促進(jìn)校園公益良性發(fā)展的有效進(jìn)路。
[Abstract]:The combination of Internet and public welfare has given rise to new forms of traditional university public welfare, such as the public funding of campus projects, the online management of college students' voluntary projects and volunteers, and the virtual "think tanks" of campus folk. The online reproduction of campus cultural products and so on. The Internet public welfare of colleges and universities presents the mode of public welfare "consumption", which leads to a series of problems and risks. Taking the school as the main body, it starts from the "supply side" of the public welfare consumption. In the aspects of value orientation, function orientation, resource allocation, management strategy and so on, it is an effective way to avoid risks and promote the benign development of campus public welfare.
