【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)與知識圖譜方法,從研究規(guī)模及影響力、成果生產(chǎn)方式、學(xué)科擴(kuò)散性、空間擴(kuò)散性和研究方法五方面對2003-2012年國際電子政務(wù)研究的外部特征進(jìn)行了分析,同時通過對高頻關(guān)鍵詞、高被引和高中心度文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行識別與解讀,得出國際電子政務(wù)研究圍繞系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建、評估以及面向用戶服務(wù)三大主體內(nèi)容展開。
[Abstract]:By means of bibliometrics and knowledge map, the scale and influence of the research, the production mode of achievement and the diffusivity of the subject were studied. This paper analyzes the external characteristics of the international e-government research in 2003-2012 from five aspects of spatial diffusion and research methods, at the same time, through the high-frequency keywords. Based on the identification and interpretation of high citation and high centrality literature, it is concluded that the research of international e-government is focused on the system construction, evaluation and user-oriented service.
