【摘要】：我國(guó)城市社區(qū)公共服務(wù)起步于改革開放后,城市社區(qū)公共服務(wù)對(duì)居民生活的影響越來(lái)越大,社區(qū)公共服務(wù)供給中的問題也日益凸顯。因此,一方面,政府應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)居民參與社區(qū)公共服務(wù),提高居民公共服務(wù)供給參與度;另一方面,政府應(yīng)明確社區(qū)管委會(huì)的行政職能,激發(fā)社區(qū)公共服務(wù)活力,通過市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)來(lái)提高公共服務(wù)供給水平,力爭(zhēng)補(bǔ)齊我國(guó)城市社區(qū)公共服務(wù)供給的短板。
[Abstract]:City Community Public Service started in China after the reform and opening up, the city community public service on the impact of living is more and more big, the community public service supply problems have become increasingly prominent. Therefore, on the one hand, the government should encourage the residents to participate in community public service, improve the supply of public services of residents participation; on the other hand, the government should the community administrative functions of the CMC, stimulate the vitality of community public service, to improve the level of supply of public services through market competition, and strive to short board of our country city community public service supply filled.
