【摘要】：市場治理體系是現(xiàn)代國家治理體系中的三個(gè)次級(jí)體系之一,其核心問題是如何正確處理政府與市場的關(guān)系。改革開放以來,我們黨不斷深化對政府與市場關(guān)系的認(rèn)識(shí),十八屆三中全會(huì)與時(shí)俱進(jìn)地提出使市場在資源配置中起決定性作用。本文認(rèn)為,要解決好社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下政府與市場的關(guān)系,必須切實(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能,建設(shè)法治政府與服務(wù)型政府;同時(shí)要確立企業(yè)的市場主體地位,真正建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度,并加強(qiáng)對企業(yè)的引導(dǎo)和有效監(jiān)管,這樣才能在政府與市場的互動(dòng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)國家治理體系現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:The market governance system is one of the three secondary systems in the modern national governance system, and its core issue is how to correctly handle the relationship between the government and the market. Since the reform and opening up, our party has constantly deepened our understanding of the relationship between the government and the market. In the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, we put forward the strategy of making the market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources. This paper argues that, to solve the relationship between the government and the market under the condition of socialist market economy, it is necessary to change the government functions, the construction of the rule of law government and service government; at the same time to establish the dominant position of the enterprise market, the establishment of the modern enterprise system, and strengthen the enterprise guidance and effective supervision, so as to realize the modernization of national governance systems interaction in the government and the market in.
