【摘要】：自我管理是個(gè)體為了實(shí)現(xiàn)某種目標(biāo)或適應(yīng)未來(lái)的發(fā)展而對(duì)自我的認(rèn)知和行為加以管理的能力。研究它與公務(wù)員工作滿意度、工作績(jī)效的關(guān)系,不僅可以提高公務(wù)員的自我管理水平,還可以豐富公務(wù)員人力資源開發(fā)與管理的相關(guān)理論。在文獻(xiàn)回顧的基礎(chǔ)上修訂了具有一定信效度的公務(wù)員自我管理調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,利用問(wèn)卷對(duì)317名公務(wù)員展開調(diào)查,并分析目前公務(wù)員自我管理現(xiàn)狀與特點(diǎn);之后探討了公務(wù)員自我管理、工作滿意度、工作績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系;最后,針對(duì)結(jié)論提出建議與對(duì)策。本研究的研究結(jié)論如下:第一,自我管理包括六個(gè)維度:自我管理認(rèn)知、計(jì)劃性、自我能效感、情緒控制、自我和諧性和行為約束。第二,公務(wù)員自我管理問(wèn)卷均分3.62。公務(wù)員的自我管理能力因年齡、學(xué)歷和職務(wù)級(jí)別的不同而產(chǎn)生差異。第三,公務(wù)員的自我管理與工作滿意度、工作績(jī)效呈正相關(guān),自我管理對(duì)工作滿意度和工作績(jī)效有正向預(yù)測(cè)作用。自我管理和工作滿意度對(duì)工作績(jī)效有正向預(yù)測(cè)作用。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)公務(wù)員的自我管理能力直接對(duì)工作滿意度和工作績(jī)效產(chǎn)生影響,為公務(wù)員的選拔和任用提供思路。
[Abstract]:Self management is the ability of an individual to manage the self's cognition and behavior in order to achieve a goal or adapt to the future development. Research on the relationship between it and civil servants' job satisfaction and job performance can not only improve the self-management level of civil servants, but also enrich the relevant theories of the development and management of civil servants' human resources. On the basis of the literature review of the revised self management questionnaire has goodreliability and validity of civil servants, through the questionnaire investigation of 317 civil servants, and the analysis of the current civil self management status and characteristics; then explores the civil self management, job satisfaction, work performance of the relationship between; finally, according to the conclusion and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures. The conclusions of this study are as follows: first, self-management includes six dimensions: self-management cognition, planning, self efficacy, emotion control, self consistency and congruence and behavior constraint. Second, the self-management questionnaire for civil servants was equally divided into 3.62. The self-management ability of civil servants varies with age, educational background and job level. Third, the self-management of civil servants has a positive correlation with job satisfaction and job performance, and self management has a positive predictive effect on job satisfaction and job performance. Self management and job satisfaction have a positive predictive effect on job performance. This study finds that the self-management ability of civil servants directly affects job satisfaction and job performance, and provides ideas for the selection and appointment of civil servants.
