【摘要】：企業(yè)決策作為組織管理的中心,正逐步向科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化方向發(fā)展。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作為一個企業(yè)決策者,是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者工作的核心,然而,企業(yè)決策離不開輔助力量�，F(xiàn)代管理日趨復(fù)雜,各級組織的企業(yè)決策者或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人無論從才干上還是精力上,都無法在企業(yè)決策過程中僅憑個人的智慧和努力勝任其責(zé)。秘書作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的參謀助手,由于具有顯著的職位優(yōu)勢、獨特的視角優(yōu)勢、明顯的層次優(yōu)勢和突出的溝通優(yōu)勢等,在輔助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)企業(yè)決策的過程中起著重要的作用。從秘書輔助企業(yè)決策的定義引入,重點從秘書輔助企業(yè)決策的作用、建議方面進行論述,最后通過借鑒多方專家的觀點和查閱大量資料,提出秘書發(fā)揮輔助企業(yè)決策職能的辦法。這些方法可以幫助秘書在新時期更好地發(fā)揮自己的職能,進而更好地輔助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)做出更加高效、切實的企業(yè)決策。
[Abstract]:As the center of organizational management, enterprise decision-making is gradually developing towards the direction of science and standardization. As an enterprise decision maker, leadership is the core of leader's work, however. Modern management is becoming more and more complex, and enterprise decision-makers or leaders at all levels of the organization can not be separated from the ability or energy. The secretary, as the assistant of the leader, has the obvious position advantage and the unique angle of view advantage because of the remarkable position advantage, because of the remarkable position superiority, the unique angle of view advantage, because of the remarkable position superiority, the unique angle of view advantage. The obvious hierarchical advantage and outstanding communication advantage play an important role in the decision-making process of the leading enterprise. The definition of secretarial assistant enterprise decision is introduced, and the emphasis is from the secretary assistant enterprise decision-making role. Suggestions are discussed, and finally through the use of the views of multiple experts and access to a large number of information. These methods can help the secretary to play his own function better in the new period, and then to assist the leader to make more efficient and practical enterprise decision.
