2008年中國(guó)網(wǎng)民的數(shù)量及規(guī)模趕超美國(guó),躍居全球第一,中國(guó)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及再次實(shí)現(xiàn)飛躍,趕上并超過(guò)了全球平均水平。線上獲取醫(yī)療服務(wù)、搜索健康與就醫(yī)信息已成為越來(lái)越多網(wǎng)民的選擇之一,從網(wǎng)上查詢(xún)醫(yī)療信息和醫(yī)療方面的專(zhuān)業(yè)咨詢(xún)的需求不斷增加。現(xiàn)代科技的發(fā)展豐富了人們獲取信息的途徑,越來(lái)越多的多元化媒介被應(yīng)用到信息傳播。以往的媒介都是以文字為主要方式,如今這種以文字為主角的媒介的使用率逐漸降低,傳統(tǒng)意義上的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)已被多種媒介相結(jié)合的復(fù)合話語(yǔ)模態(tài)所取代,其他模態(tài)如圖畫(huà),音樂(lè),顏色,排版等從之前的配角變成如今主導(dǎo)的態(tài)勢(shì)。多模態(tài)已成為當(dāng)今社會(huì)文化體系不可缺少的一部分。網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技的飛速發(fā)展,正表明了媒介已從單模態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槎嗄B(tài)化。在多媒介的社會(huì)活動(dòng)和多模態(tài)的社會(huì)文化系統(tǒng)中,意義的生成方式成為當(dāng)代人文研究的新角度。在如今的網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代,解讀一個(gè)媒介上的多種模態(tài)及其之間的關(guān)系至關(guān)重要,用何種方式提高多模態(tài)話語(yǔ)的解讀能力,更是值得重視的一個(gè)話題。醫(yī)院作為衛(wèi)生服務(wù)體系的重要組成部分,體現(xiàn)了國(guó)家衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的主要性質(zhì),如公益性和保障性,同時(shí),不同類(lèi)型的醫(yī)院還具有生產(chǎn)性和經(jīng)營(yíng)性等特點(diǎn)。尤其是面對(duì)重大公共衛(wèi)生事件,醫(yī)院發(fā)揮著至關(guān)...
