【摘要】:云計算是一種新的商業(yè)模式,而云服務(wù)則最能體現(xiàn)云計算的商業(yè)價值。在云服務(wù)過程中,云服務(wù)所需要支付的費用從本質(zhì)上決定了服務(wù)提供商的市場競爭能力。因此,云服務(wù)提供商要保持其服務(wù)的信譽度和市場占有率,從根本上來說,則需要提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量。而云服務(wù)質(zhì)量最主要的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)則是用戶的滿意度和服務(wù)條款的實施力度。 服務(wù)等級協(xié)議(Service Level Agreement, SLA)是服務(wù)提供商與用戶之間簽訂的一份合同,合同的內(nèi)容主要包括服務(wù)的內(nèi)容、服務(wù)雙方的職責(zé)和義務(wù)以及服務(wù)定價等相關(guān)內(nèi)容。用戶與提供商簽訂SLA,就能獲得SLA中規(guī)定的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,或在沒有獲得規(guī)定的服務(wù)質(zhì)量時,便能獲得提供商給予的賠償,使服務(wù)質(zhì)量有保障。云服務(wù)等級協(xié)議(Cloud Computing Service Level Agreement, SLA)是云服務(wù)提供商與用戶簽訂的合同,用于說明服務(wù)在可用性、性能和其他可測量目標(biāo)方面期望達到的服務(wù)等級,確保在合同期限內(nèi),雙方約定的服務(wù)質(zhì)量水平能正確執(zhí)行和實現(xiàn)。因此,在服務(wù)質(zhì)量方面,云服務(wù)提供商所提供的服務(wù)等級及其服務(wù)質(zhì)量的承諾,是確?蛻羲褂玫脑品⻊(wù)的質(zhì)量是否達到所支付水平的一項衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 目前主要的云服務(wù)提供商提供的云服務(wù)都需要按照不同的服務(wù)等級支付相應(yīng)的費用,因此不同的用戶將按照不同的服務(wù)內(nèi)容和等級支付其相應(yīng)的費用。提供商一般會綜合考慮IT資源、每個部門費用支出、盈利能力和費用分配的情況,建立一個計量服務(wù)并對服務(wù)進行計費的價格模型,將服務(wù)出租給客戶使用,并在SLA中明確收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn),避免相互間就收費而產(chǎn)生誤解和糾紛。 本文正是基于這樣的現(xiàn)狀,研究在以云SLA為引導(dǎo)的前提下,如何更好地規(guī)劃云用戶對虛擬資源的請求規(guī)則,同時減少SLA違規(guī)事例的發(fā)生;如何基于云SLA更好地規(guī)劃資源分配策略來滿足用戶動態(tài)變化的需求,以實現(xiàn)虛擬資源成本最小化、SLA違規(guī)事例最小化為目標(biāo)的云服務(wù)定價策略。 本文綜合采用了文獻調(diào)研法、模型轉(zhuǎn)換方法、計算機建模方法和實證研究的方法,其內(nèi)容包括六部分,第一部分(即引言)。第二部分(即第一章)簡要介紹服務(wù)質(zhì)量理論和SLA管理理論。第三部分(即第二章)詳細研究了云SLA的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。第四部分(即第三章)根據(jù)典型云服務(wù)提供商的SLA參數(shù)通過算法匹配實驗得出了云SLA的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)指標(biāo)。第五部分從云提供商的角度(第四章和第五章)和圖書館云服務(wù)的角度(第六章)分別討論了基于SLA的云服務(wù)成本計算模型。第六部分(第七章)是研究總結(jié)和展望。各部分具體內(nèi)容及研究過程如下: 第一部分首先分析了課題研究的背景及其研究意義;然后分析總結(jié)云計算、SLA以及云服務(wù)成本研究現(xiàn)狀,通過研究現(xiàn)狀發(fā)現(xiàn):目前研究缺乏基于SLA的動態(tài)資源分配方案和請求規(guī)則來滿足用戶動態(tài)變化需求的成本計算模型等方面的研究;最后根據(jù)待研究的問題制定了研究思路和研究的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。 第二部分介紹了服務(wù)質(zhì)量QoS的相關(guān)理論和SLA的相關(guān)內(nèi)容和其管理內(nèi)容。 第三部分主要研究了云SLA的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,構(gòu)建了基于eTOM的云SLA管理模型和業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系模型。采用這一管理模型為指導(dǎo),可以為云SLA關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的確定提供參考依據(jù),同時為服務(wù)過程中違規(guī)情況提供較好的解決方案。 第四部分采用本體描述語言和算法匹配的方法確定了云SLA的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)指標(biāo),為后文中成本計算模型的構(gòu)建提供參數(shù)依據(jù)。通過實驗得出云SLA的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)分別是:響應(yīng)時間,虛擬器類型,數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速度,處理速度,存儲能力和服務(wù)可用性。 第五部分構(gòu)建了云服務(wù)的成本計算模型。首先,按照云提供商在提供云服務(wù)過程中角色的不同,本文的研究視角從云資源提供商(IaaS)和云服務(wù)提供商(SaaS/PaaS)兩個角度加以開展。在IaaS服務(wù)中,研究思路是:創(chuàng)新性地以SLA為管理方式,研究如何合理安排用戶請求的資源分配方式;研究目的是:以最小化云虛擬資源成本和SLA違規(guī)成本為原則,探討IaaS云服務(wù)的資源請求分配規(guī)則和成本數(shù)學(xué)模型。在SaaS和PaaS服務(wù)中,基于SLA研究如何更好地規(guī)劃資源分配策略來滿足用戶動態(tài)變化需求的數(shù)學(xué)模型和算法模型,最后通過仿真實驗證明模型的合理性。其次,在繼承IaaS、SaaS/PaaS成本計算模型研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,針對圖書館云服務(wù)的特性,研究了基于SLA的圖書館云服務(wù)成本計算模型。 本文的研究脈絡(luò)是以云QoS為出發(fā)點,提出SLA可以用來保證其QoS,進而詳細研究云SLA的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。然后以云SLA的六個關(guān)鍵參數(shù)指標(biāo)為基準(zhǔn),從虛擬資源請求規(guī)則、用戶需求動態(tài)變化、虛擬資源成本、違規(guī)成本等角度,研究了基于SLA的IaaS、SaaS/PaaS和圖書館云服務(wù)的成本計算模型。
[Abstract]:Cloud computing is a new business model, and cloud services can best reflect the business value of cloud computing. In the process of cloud service, the cost of the cloud service is essentially determined by the service provider's market competitiveness. As a result, cloud service providers need to maintain the reputation and market share of their services and, fundamentally, need to improve the quality of service. The most important measure of cloud service quality is the user's satisfaction and the implementation of the service terms. The Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a contract signed between the service provider and the user. The contents of the contract mainly include the contents of the service, the responsibilities and obligations of the service parties, and the service pricing. On the other hand, when the user enters into an SLA with the provider, the service quality specified in the SLA can be obtained, or when the specified service quality is not obtained, the compensation provided by the provider can be obtained, so that the service quality is guaranteed. The Cloud Computing Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a contract between the cloud service provider and the user to illustrate the level of service that the service expects to reach in terms of availability, performance, and other measurable objectives to ensure the duration of the contract The quality of service agreed by both parties can be carried out correctly and in real time.
