基于云計(jì)算的區(qū)域醫(yī)療信息數(shù)據(jù)共享平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)在醫(yī)療信息領(lǐng)域的快速發(fā)展與廣泛使用,越來越多的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)開始使用醫(yī)療信息系統(tǒng),以便將醫(yī)療過程數(shù)據(jù)等信息進(jìn)行智能化分類存儲(chǔ)。但實(shí)際上,每家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)只將醫(yī)療信息存儲(chǔ)在自己的服務(wù)器、網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及信息系統(tǒng)中,不同的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)間的信息系統(tǒng)通常是相互獨(dú)立的,整體上看形成了“信息孤島”現(xiàn)象,造成了使用者或機(jī)構(gòu)之間進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換十分困難,這成為了實(shí)現(xiàn)各機(jī)構(gòu)間醫(yī)療信息共享的最大阻礙。而縱觀目前中國的醫(yī)療環(huán)境,病人的就診信息具有分散化、碎片化的特點(diǎn),這些信息獨(dú)立存儲(chǔ)在不同的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)信息系統(tǒng)中。當(dāng)病人更換醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)時(shí),已有的醫(yī)療信息共享機(jī)制的缺乏會(huì)造成就診信息丟失、誤診、重復(fù)的藥物處方等問題的出現(xiàn)。從而使就醫(yī)成本大大增加,同時(shí)降低了就診效率,嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)造成醫(yī)療安全事故。為解決以上問題,并增加醫(yī)療信息交換時(shí)的可利用性、兼容性、可實(shí)現(xiàn)性、保密性并且降低潛在成本,本文提出了一種基于云計(jì)算技術(shù)的區(qū)域醫(yī)療信息數(shù)據(jù)共享平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,并完善了該平臺(tái)的醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)兼容性。云計(jì)算提供了一種醫(yī)療應(yīng)用與醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)(HIS)之間數(shù)據(jù)交換的解決方案,而云環(huán)境中的Web服務(wù)作為一種分布式計(jì)算技術(shù)可解決不同系統(tǒng)間的數(shù)據(jù)交換問題。其次,醫(yī)療信息通常由多種不同類型的內(nèi)容組成,例如文本、音頻、放射圖像、圖片、表格等。考慮到可操作性及保密性,數(shù)據(jù)的交換使用基于編碼和壓縮的XML的Web服務(wù)平臺(tái)。本課題為區(qū)域內(nèi)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)提供了一個(gè)可進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換與共享的平臺(tái),降低了在互不兼容的系統(tǒng)間數(shù)據(jù)交換的復(fù)雜程度,從而滿足了許多醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的需求。最后,電子病歷系統(tǒng)是醫(yī)療信息化的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)志,目前已在許多醫(yī)院已經(jīng)開始使用。本文在所提出的云平臺(tái)架構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上重點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)了電子病歷共享功能,運(yùn)用SOAP技術(shù)結(jié)合Web服務(wù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)XML病歷文件的遠(yuǎn)程調(diào)用,并加入身份識(shí)別技術(shù)提高系統(tǒng)的安全性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and widespread use of computer technology in the field of medical information, more and more medical institutions begin to use medical information system, so as to intelligently classify and store information such as medical process data. However, in fact, each medical institution only stores medical information in its own servers, networks and information systems. The information systems of different medical institutions are usually independent of each other, and as a whole, the phenomenon of "information island" is formed. It makes it very difficult for users or agencies to exchange data, which becomes the biggest obstacle to the sharing of medical information among agencies. In view of the current medical environment in China, patients' medical information has the characteristics of decentralization and fragmentation. These information are stored independently in different medical institutions' information systems. When patients change medical institutions, the lack of existing medical information sharing mechanism will lead to the loss of medical information, misdiagnosis, repeated drug prescriptions and other problems. As a result, the cost of medical treatment is greatly increased, and the efficiency of medical treatment is reduced, which will lead to medical safety accidents in severe cases. To address these issues and to increase availability, compatibility, realizability, confidentiality, and potential costs in the exchange of medical information, In this paper, a design and implementation scheme of regional medical information sharing platform based on cloud computing technology is proposed, and the compatibility of the platform is improved. Cloud computing provides a solution for data exchange between medical applications and hospital information system (HIS), and Web services in cloud environment as a distributed computing technology can solve the problem of data exchange between different systems. Secondly, medical information usually consists of a variety of different types of content, such as text, audio, radiographic images, pictures, tables, etc. Considering maneuverability and confidentiality, Web service platform based on coding and compression is used for data exchange. This project provides a platform for regional medical institutions to exchange and share data, reduces the complexity of data exchange between incompatible systems, and meets the needs of many medical institutions. Finally, the electronic medical record system is an important symbol of medical information, has been used in many hospitals. In this paper, based on the proposed cloud platform architecture, the sharing function of electronic medical record is realized emphatically. The remote call of XML medical record file is realized by using SOAP technology combined with Web service, and the security of the system is improved by adding identification technology.
