【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全事關(guān)國(guó)家安全,信息化建設(shè)事關(guān)國(guó)家發(fā)展。習(xí)近平總書(shū)記指出,過(guò)不了網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)就過(guò)不了時(shí)代關(guān)。充分認(rèn)清我國(guó)信息化建設(shè)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全面臨的形勢(shì)和任務(wù),充分認(rèn)識(shí)做好網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全工作的重要性和緊迫性,深入研究互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播特點(diǎn)規(guī)律,大力加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理,唱響網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間主旋律,維護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)秩序、凈化網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,是我們?cè)谛畔⒒瘯r(shí)代融入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大潮、由網(wǎng)絡(luò)大國(guó)變成網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)國(guó)不可回避的重大歷史性課題。
[Abstract]:The network security relates to the national security, the information construction relates to the national development. General Secretary Xi Jinping points out that if you can't get past the Internet, you can't pass the era. Fully understand the situation and tasks facing our country's information construction and network security, fully understand the importance and urgency of doing a good job in network security, deeply study the characteristics of Internet communication, and make great efforts to strengthen network management. Singing the main melody of the network space, maintaining the network security, standardizing the network order and purifying the network environment are the important and historic topics that we have merged into the Internet tide in the information age and turned from the big country of the network into the powerful nation of the network.
