民航東北空管局網(wǎng)站的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著電子政務(wù)的日益普及和廣泛的應(yīng)用,傳統(tǒng)的行政事業(yè)運行模式正面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),,如何以電子化、信息化的手段來提高其行政管理水平、行政效能和決策的準(zhǔn)確性,從而更加科學(xué)有效的為社會和公眾服務(wù),已經(jīng)成為擺在民航東北空管局面前的一項緊要工作。辦公網(wǎng)站正是其電子政務(wù)建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)平臺和組成部分。 在對民航東北空管局日常工作進(jìn)行深入調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,主要研究了其各部門的業(yè)務(wù)流程,并設(shè)計開發(fā)了民航東北空管局網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)采用了模塊化的設(shè)計思想,采用表現(xiàn)層(UI)、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層(BLL)和數(shù)據(jù)訪問層(DAL)的三層架構(gòu),在BLL層主要用JavaBean實現(xiàn),在UI層上主要用JSP實現(xiàn),實現(xiàn)了邏輯與業(yè)務(wù)的分離。本系統(tǒng)基于IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer5.1和ORACLE數(shù)據(jù)庫的開發(fā)平臺,利用JSP開發(fā)技術(shù)以及數(shù)據(jù)庫連接池和接口技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了信息發(fā)布、人員管理、論壇管理、投票管理等功能。本文以東北空管局網(wǎng)站的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)為實例,重點探索基于J2EE平臺開發(fā)高效穩(wěn)定、安全可靠、具有良好的可移植性和跨平臺的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)軟件的設(shè)計模式。 本文從系統(tǒng)的背景、現(xiàn)實意義和社會需求談起,之后又著重闡述了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)的過程。設(shè)計部分從系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)目標(biāo)及思路著手,提出了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計方案,接著又詳細(xì)說明了系統(tǒng)的功能和數(shù)據(jù)庫的具體設(shè)計過程;將軟件工程的思想融入整個項目的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)中,并期待能提煉出一種適合一般企業(yè)信息管理的軟件框架。本系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過測試小組與開發(fā)人員的共同測試做了部分修改,并且進(jìn)行了一段時間的運行,功能上較好的滿足了用戶的需求,并且界面設(shè)計良好,尤其是系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)航欄,導(dǎo)航明晰,讓你在任何位置的都不會迷路。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity and wide application of E-government, the traditional administrative operation mode is facing severe challenges. How to improve its administrative management level, administrative efficiency and the accuracy of decision-making by means of electronic and information technology. Thus more scientific and effective service for the society and the public has become a critical task in front of the Northeast Aviation Administration of Civil Aviation. Office website is the basic platform and component of its e-government construction. Based on the in-depth investigation of the daily work of the Northeast Aviation Administration of Civil Aviation, this paper mainly studies the business process of its departments, and designs and develops the website system of the Northeast Aviation Administration of Civil Aviation. This system adopts the modular design idea, adopts the representation layer (UI), business logic layer (BLL) and the data access layer (DAL) three layer structure, in the BLL layer mainly uses the JavaBean realization, in the UI layer mainly uses the JSP to realize, The separation of logic and service is realized. The system is based on the development platform of IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer5.1 and ORACLE database, using JSP development technology, database connection pool and interface technology to realize the functions of information release, personnel management, forum management, voting management and so on. This paper takes the design and implementation of the Northeast Air Traffic Administration website as an example, and focuses on exploring the design pattern of the application system software based on J2EE platform, which is efficient, stable, safe and reliable, and has good portability and cross-platform. In this paper, the background, practical significance and social needs of the system are discussed, and then the process of system design and implementation is described. The design part starts with the realization goal and thought of the system, puts forward the overall design plan of the system, and then explains the function of the system and the concrete design process of the database in detail. The idea of software engineering is integrated into the design and implementation of the whole project, and a software framework suitable for general enterprise information management is expected to be refined. The system has been partly modified by the test team and the developers, and has been running for a period of time. The function meets the needs of the user, and the interface is well designed, especially the system navigation bar, the navigation is clear, You won't get lost anywhere.
