【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，企業(yè)面臨的商業(yè)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生巨大變化，而這些深刻影響到企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運營。為提高市場競爭力，越來越多的企業(yè)將視角轉(zhuǎn)向企業(yè)信息化平臺構(gòu)建和商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新。商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新在要素創(chuàng)新方面主要是由重新挖掘客戶價值主張、促進關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)流程重組管理、提高關(guān)鍵資源的利用效率、擴大企業(yè)盈利空間構(gòu)成，而這四方面對ERP信息化平臺設(shè)計提出一些要求和影響。 本文旨在從商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的視角，特別是要素創(chuàng)新的視角來研究ERP信息化平臺設(shè)計，具體是研究如何設(shè)計ERP系統(tǒng)各模塊來滿足商業(yè)模式要素創(chuàng)新對其的要求。本文通過采用文獻研究與案例分析相結(jié)合的研究方法，首先，在對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻進行回顧和整理的基礎(chǔ)上，綜述ERP理論產(chǎn)生背景及發(fā)展、ERP的概念、功能模塊、管理思想和發(fā)展趨勢；理清商業(yè)模式的涵義、要素，商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新、要素創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)理論，并提出本文認(rèn)為的商業(yè)模式概念，，確定商業(yè)模式要素創(chuàng)新包含挖掘客戶價值主張、重組業(yè)務(wù)流程、整合關(guān)鍵資源和促進盈利獲取四個構(gòu)成要素和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的概念。其次，分析商業(yè)模式要素創(chuàng)新對ERP信息化平臺設(shè)計的要求，以及基于商業(yè)模式要素創(chuàng)新視角的ERP信息化平臺設(shè)計，具體是基于挖掘價值主張的銷售模塊設(shè)計、基于業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的生產(chǎn)模塊設(shè)計、基于關(guān)鍵資源整合的物流模塊設(shè)計、基于促進盈利獲取的財務(wù)模塊設(shè)計。另外，分享家樂氏商業(yè)模式要素創(chuàng)新以及其對ERP信息化平臺設(shè)計影響案例，并針對其實施過程中出現(xiàn)的問題作出相關(guān)分析并提出建議。 通過研究，本文認(rèn)為：商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新和ERP信息化是應(yīng)對商業(yè)環(huán)境變化、提高企業(yè)競爭力的策略與手段；商業(yè)模式要素創(chuàng)新對ERP信息化各模塊和功能提出一些要求，反過來，ERP信息化平臺的設(shè)計應(yīng)該基于商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新并為其服務(wù)，為商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新提供信息化平臺層面的支持；不同的商業(yè)模式要素創(chuàng)新對ERP各模塊所提出的要求不同，具體來說挖掘客戶價值主張對銷售模塊、重組業(yè)務(wù)流程對生產(chǎn)模塊、整合關(guān)鍵資源對物流模塊、促進盈利獲取對財務(wù)模塊有重要影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and network economy, the business environment that enterprises are facing has great changes, and these have a profound impact on the production and operation of enterprises. In order to improve market competitiveness, more and more enterprises turn to enterprise information platform construction and business model innovation. In the aspect of element innovation, business model innovation mainly consists of rediscovering customer value proposition, promoting the management of key business process reengineering, improving the utilization efficiency of key resources, and enlarging the composition of enterprise profit space. And these four aspects put forward some requirements and influence to the design of ERP information platform. The purpose of this paper is to study the design of ERP information platform from the perspective of business model innovation, especially the perspective of element innovation, and how to design each module of ERP system to meet the requirements of business model element innovation. Firstly, on the basis of reviewing and arranging the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the background and development of ERP theory, the concept and function module of ERP. Management thought and development trend; Clarify the meaning of business model, elements, business model innovation, the relevant theory of factor innovation, and put forward the concept of business model, determine that business model element innovation includes mining customer value proposition, reengineering business process, Integration of key resources and promotion of profitability four components and business model innovation concepts. Secondly, it analyzes the requirements of business model element innovation to the design of ERP information platform, and the design of ERP information platform based on the perspective of business model element innovation, which is specifically based on the sales module design of mining value proposition. Production module design based on business process reengineering, logistics module design based on key resource integration, finance module design based on profit-promoting. In addition, we share the innovation of business model elements and its impact on the design of ERP information platform, and analyze the problems in the implementation process and put forward some suggestions. Through the research, this paper holds that: business model innovation and ERP informatization are the strategies and means to cope with the change of business environment and improve the competitiveness of enterprises; The innovation of business model elements puts forward some requirements for each module and function of ERP informatization. In turn, the design of ERP information platform should be based on and serve for business model innovation, and provide support for business model innovation at the level of information platform. Different business model elements innovation has different requirements to each module of ERP, specifically, mining customer value proposition to sales module, reengineering business process to production module, integrating key resources to logistics module, Facilitating profitability has a significant impact on the financial module.
