域間協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程建模與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用不斷豐富,其中也出現(xiàn)了很多對(duì)服務(wù)質(zhì)量有極高要求的應(yīng)用,它們對(duì)帶寬、時(shí)延和抖動(dòng)等網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能參數(shù)極其敏感。為了使這些應(yīng)用可以達(dá)到要求的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,我們必須要保證它們執(zhí)行時(shí)可以獲得足夠的網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源。因此,在保證安全性和保密性的情況下,研究并開發(fā)域間協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)不僅能打破網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)的自組織性、封閉性和協(xié)作方式人工化的現(xiàn)狀,而且可以使多個(gè)管理域間合作提供多樣化的、用戶體驗(yàn)更好的服務(wù)。 從20世紀(jì)90年代,信息系統(tǒng)從面向數(shù)據(jù)向面向流程轉(zhuǎn)變,相對(duì)于面向數(shù)據(jù)的,面向流程的信息系統(tǒng)面對(duì)不斷變化的業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)境和不斷變化的用戶需求,可以快速地適應(yīng)變化。業(yè)務(wù)流程管理是能夠根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)境的變化,推進(jìn)人與人之間、人與系統(tǒng)之間以及系統(tǒng)與系統(tǒng)之間的整合及調(diào)整的IT工具。業(yè)務(wù)流程管理可以更好地支持信息交互、信息共享和協(xié)商合作。因此,業(yè)務(wù)流程管理可以提高信息系統(tǒng)的性能。 本課題在現(xiàn)有的域間協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了業(yè)務(wù)流程流程管理,提高了系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)用戶需求和業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)境變化的速度,完善了系統(tǒng)功能,提高了系統(tǒng)性能。本課題增加了在線人為決策,與已有的系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)決策相互補(bǔ)充使用,為資源預(yù)留請(qǐng)求提供更加靈活的決策支持。業(yè)務(wù)流程管理可以更好地支持人工活動(dòng)。 本文首先介紹域間協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)的整體框架和各模塊的功能,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)資源預(yù)留服務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)處理邏輯進(jìn)行了深入分析并完成了業(yè)務(wù)流程建模;其次,提出了一種基于Petri網(wǎng)關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣的模型驗(yàn)證方法,并使用已完成的業(yè)務(wù)流程模型作為例子,說明了此模型驗(yàn)證方法的使用過程,證明了此方法在實(shí)際情況下的有效性;再次,根據(jù)正確無誤的業(yè)務(wù)流程模型進(jìn)行了業(yè)務(wù)流程實(shí)現(xiàn)和業(yè)務(wù)流程部署,從而完善了域間協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)的功能,提高了系統(tǒng)性能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, network applications are becoming more and more abundant. Among them, there are many applications with high QoS requirements, which are extremely sensitive to network performance parameters such as bandwidth, delay and jitter. In order for these applications to achieve the required QoS, we must ensure that sufficient network resources can be obtained when they are executed. Therefore, under the condition of ensuring security and confidentiality, the research and development of inter-domain cooperative network management system can not only break the status quo of self-organization, closure and artificial cooperation mode of network management system. It also enables multiple administrative domains to collaborate to provide a diverse, user experience with better services. From the 1990s, information systems changed from data-oriented to process-oriented. Compared with data-oriented, process-oriented information systems can adapt to the changes rapidly in the face of changing business environment and changing user needs. Business process management (BPM) is a IT tool that can promote the integration and adjustment between people, systems and systems according to the change of business environment. Business process management can better support information interaction, information sharing and negotiation. Therefore, business process management can improve the performance of information systems. Based on the existing inter-domain cooperative network management system, this paper realizes business process management, improves the speed of the system responding to user needs and changes of business environment, improves the system function and improves the system performance. This paper adds online artificial decision making, complements with existing system automatic decision making, and provides more flexible decision support for resource reservation request. Business process management can better support human activities. Firstly, this paper introduces the whole framework of inter-domain cooperative network management system and the functions of each module. On this basis, the business process logic of resource reservation service is deeply analyzed and the business process modeling is completed. Secondly, a model verification method based on Petri net correlation matrix is proposed, and using the completed business process model as an example, the application process of the model verification method is illustrated, and the validity of the method in practice is proved. Thirdly, according to the correct business process model, the business process implementation and business process deployment are carried out, thus improving the function of the inter-domain cooperative network management system and improving the system performance.
