服務(wù)模式的發(fā)現(xiàn)與演化方法研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速發(fā)展,在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的大服務(wù)研究背景下,Web服務(wù)以更豐富方式呈現(xiàn)在日常生活中。單個(gè)服務(wù)之間通過合理組合形成大粒度服務(wù)方案,滿足越來越多的用戶個(gè)性化需求。一方面,海量的服務(wù)需求對(duì)服務(wù)組合的效率有非常高的要求,另一方面,用戶對(duì)服務(wù)的期望不僅要求快速便捷,更希望獲取最滿意的服務(wù)結(jié)果;谝陨媳尘,服務(wù)模式這一概念被學(xué)者提出并引入到服務(wù)組合過程中,其核心思想是將高頻使用的有效小粒度服務(wù)組合結(jié)果形成服務(wù)模式,以服務(wù)模式作為組合基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行服務(wù)方案的快速高效構(gòu)造,有效地提升組合效率和用戶滿意度。在服務(wù)模式的相關(guān)理論研究中,服務(wù)模式的設(shè)計(jì)、發(fā)現(xiàn)與演化技術(shù)是基礎(chǔ)和核心工作。本文以服務(wù)模式的理論研究為背景,研究了服務(wù)模式的概念、描述、以及核心性質(zhì)與使用方法,提出了服務(wù)模式的發(fā)現(xiàn)算法和演化方法,并在健康養(yǎng)老服務(wù)領(lǐng)域中進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證。在理論研究部分,首先研究了服務(wù)模式的概念及特性,給出了服務(wù)模式的形式化表達(dá),對(duì)其核心的先驗(yàn)性、相似性和關(guān)聯(lián)性三個(gè)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了分析。然后,總結(jié)服務(wù)模式的特征,將服務(wù)模式抽象成圖的形式,結(jié)合頻繁子圖挖掘技術(shù)提出了一種基于圖挖掘的服務(wù)模式發(fā)現(xiàn)的算法。通過大量詳盡的實(shí)驗(yàn),評(píng)價(jià)了算法的性能,分析了算法各參數(shù)間的關(guān)系及對(duì)算法的影響。采用基于模式的收益最大化的服務(wù)組合算法來衡量所發(fā)現(xiàn)的服務(wù)模式的優(yōu)劣,為算法的實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供了指導(dǎo)。進(jìn)而,研究了服務(wù)模式的演化規(guī)律與方法。本文為服務(wù)模式及單個(gè)服務(wù)制定了一套評(píng)估指標(biāo)及其計(jì)算方法,分析發(fā)現(xiàn)了八種服務(wù)模式的演化類型,并給出了針對(duì)各類型變化的模式演化策略,使得挖掘的服務(wù)模式不斷更新優(yōu)化,處于最大程度的可利用狀態(tài)。在應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證部分,將提出的各算法和技術(shù)應(yīng)用到系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中。設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了服務(wù)模式庫管理工具,對(duì)服務(wù)模式進(jìn)行有效的發(fā)現(xiàn)、管理、演化更新等操作。對(duì)所提的發(fā)現(xiàn)方法進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證,同時(shí)在健康養(yǎng)老服務(wù)領(lǐng)域中進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用實(shí)施,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的正確性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, Web services are presented in daily life in a richer way under the background of the research on the big services in big data era. A large granularity service scheme is formed by rational composition between individual services to meet more and more users' personalized needs. On the one hand, massive service demand has a very high demand for the efficiency of service composition. On the other hand, users' expectations for services not only require rapid and convenient, but also hope to obtain the most satisfactory service results. Based on the above background, the concept of service pattern is put forward by scholars and introduced into the process of service composition. The service pattern is used as the composition basis to construct the service scheme quickly and efficiently, which can effectively improve the composition efficiency and user satisfaction. In the theoretical research of service pattern, the design, discovery and evolution of service pattern are the foundation and core work. In this paper, based on the theoretical research of service pattern, the concept, description, core properties and usage method of service pattern are studied, and the discovery algorithm and evolution method of service pattern are proposed. And the application in the field of health care for the aged is verified. In the theoretical research part, firstly, the concept and characteristics of service pattern are studied, the formal representation of service pattern is given, and the three properties of its core priori, similarity and relevance are analyzed. Then, we summarize the characteristics of service patterns, abstract service patterns into graphs, and propose an algorithm of service pattern discovery based on graph mining combined with frequent subgraph mining technology. Through a large number of detailed experiments, the performance of the algorithm is evaluated, and the relationship between the parameters of the algorithm and its influence on the algorithm are analyzed. The service composition algorithm based on pattern revenue maximization is used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the discovered service pattern, which provides guidance for the practical application of the algorithm. Furthermore, the evolution law and method of service mode are studied. In this paper, a set of evaluation indexes and their calculation methods for service mode and single service are developed, and the evolution strategies for each type of service model are given, and the evolution types of eight service modes are found. The service pattern of mining is updated and optimized to the maximum extent. In the part of application verification, the proposed algorithms and techniques are applied to the system design. The management tool of service pattern library is designed and implemented, and the operation of service pattern discovery, management, evolution update and so on is carried out effectively. At the same time, the method is applied and implemented in the field of health care for the aged, which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
