【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡作戰(zhàn)能力評估是一個多指標評估問題。以網(wǎng)絡作戰(zhàn)任務為牽引,基于"任務-行動-能力"的指標體系構(gòu)建思路,從面向能力及要素的角度,分別從網(wǎng)絡偵察、網(wǎng)絡攻擊、網(wǎng)絡防御、網(wǎng)絡保障、指揮控制5方面細化網(wǎng)絡作戰(zhàn)能力評估指標體系,為網(wǎng)絡作戰(zhàn)能力評估奠定了基礎。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of network combat capability is a multi-index evaluation problem. Based on the index system of "task-active-ability", this paper takes the mission of network warfare as the traction, constructs the idea, from the angle of capability and its elements, respectively, from the angle of network reconnaissance, network attack, network defense, network guarantee, The five aspects of command and control refine the evaluation index system of network combat capability and lay a foundation for the evaluation of network combat capability.
