基于微博的公安輿情監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:微博輿情已成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情中最具影響力的傳播途徑,逐漸成為匯聚民意的重要途徑。公安部門擔(dān)負(fù)著維護(hù)國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的重責(zé),對(duì)微博網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的監(jiān)控勢(shì)在必行。本文在這一背景下,提出了基于微博的公安輿情監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的概念。在研究微博網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情核心技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合公安機(jī)關(guān)對(duì)微博網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求,分析了面向公安部門的微博輿情監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的主要功能需求(微博采集功能、微博檢索功能、微博輿情分析功能和微博輿情展示功能)、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)以及用戶特點(diǎn)。隨后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)包括系統(tǒng)組成、技術(shù)架構(gòu)以及系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)系統(tǒng)各功能模塊進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。并對(duì)本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能和性能測(cè)試,保證本系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)上,滿足了公安部門對(duì)于微博輿情監(jiān)控的設(shè)計(jì)需求。 在技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)上,結(jié)合微博的特點(diǎn)以及公安部門的業(yè)務(wù)需求,,提出了將開源網(wǎng)絡(luò)爬蟲Nutch應(yīng)用到基于微博的公安輿情監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中,并對(duì)Nutch進(jìn)行了二次開發(fā),增加虛擬登錄的功能使其實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)微博平臺(tái)的信息爬取。并通過修改Nutch源碼改進(jìn)了其網(wǎng)絡(luò)爬取時(shí)等待時(shí)間僵化的缺點(diǎn),提高了系統(tǒng)爬取效率。在系統(tǒng)中文分詞部分使用中科院研發(fā)的ICTCLAS4J中文分詞技術(shù),有效的保證了系統(tǒng)對(duì)微博信息分詞功能的可靠性。并將ICTCLAS4J集成到Nutch中,給出了集成方法。挺高了系統(tǒng)對(duì)微博信息采集分析的可靠性和準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Weibo's public opinion has become the most influential way in the network public opinion, and has gradually become the important way to converge public opinion. The public security department bears the heavy responsibility of maintaining the national network security, so it is imperative to monitor Weibo's network public opinion. Under this background, this paper puts forward the concept of public opinion monitoring system based on Weibo. On the basis of studying Weibo's core technology of network public opinion, combined with the business demand of public security organ to the network public opinion monitoring system of Weibo, this paper analyzes the main functional requirements of the public opinion monitoring system for the public security department. Weibo search function, Weibo public opinion analysis function and Weibo public opinion display function), system design goal and user characteristics. Then, the system structure including system composition, technical architecture and system structure are designed, and each functional module of the system is implemented. The function and performance of the system are tested to ensure that the design and implementation of the system meets the design requirements of the public opinion monitoring system of Weibo by the public security department. In terms of technical realization, combined with the characteristics of Weibo and the business requirements of public security departments, this paper puts forward the application of open source network crawler Nutch to the public opinion monitoring system based on Weibo, and develops the Nutch for the second time. Add virtual login to enable it to achieve the information crawling Weibo platform. And by modifying the Nutch source code to improve its network crawling while waiting for the shortcomings of the rigid time to improve the efficiency of the system crawling. In the part of Chinese word segmentation of the system, the ICTCLAS4J Chinese word segmentation technology developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences is used, which effectively ensures the reliability of the system to Weibo's function of word segmentation. ICTCLAS4J is integrated into Nutch, and the integration method is given. Quite high system for Weibo information collection and analysis of the reliability and accuracy.
