【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡輿情是指在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上流行的對社會問題的不同看法,是社會輿論的一種表現(xiàn)形式,是通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播的,公眾對現(xiàn)實生活中某些熱點、焦點問題所持的有較強影響力、傾向性的言論和觀點。加強網(wǎng)絡輿情信息工作有利于正確引導社會輿論,從而不斷維護社會穩(wěn)定、和諧,是基層網(wǎng)絡監(jiān)察在新時期的復雜環(huán)境下需要重點應對的工作,從這一點出發(fā)提出了基于內(nèi)容特征的web網(wǎng)絡輿情系統(tǒng)。論文在分析研究了網(wǎng)絡輿情處理的信息采集技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡爬蟲技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,面向基層網(wǎng)絡監(jiān)察的現(xiàn)實工作需求,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)絡輿情監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)分為輿情信息采集、輿情信息處理、輿情信息分析3個主要的功能模塊,采用DOM樹和改進的PageRank模型處理網(wǎng)頁,為后期的文本處理奠定良好的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ);在文本處理階段,采用TFIDF法來計算特征詞的權(quán)值、利用決策樹對文檔進行分類、采用層次凝聚類的方法對文本進行聚類,從而有效提升文本處理的效率和精度;最后,通過綜合信息量的發(fā)展趨勢和情感指數(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢,得到一個網(wǎng)絡輿論隨時間的發(fā)展趨勢,系統(tǒng)實驗環(huán)節(jié)得到的實驗結(jié)果,驗證了論文研究和設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的有效性。實際應用測試表明,該系統(tǒng)能較好實現(xiàn)基于Web的網(wǎng)絡輿情的管理需求,實現(xiàn)完善的輿情監(jiān)控及為輔助決策者做出準確的決策,同時有效的網(wǎng)絡輿情信息監(jiān)管技術(shù)也會在很大程度上降低基層網(wǎng)絡監(jiān)察的工作強度、提升工作效率。
[Abstract]:Internet public opinion refers to the different views on social problems that are popular on the Internet. It is a form of expression of social public opinion, which is transmitted through the Internet. The public has a strong influence on some hot spots and focal issues in real life. Tendentious remarks and opinions Strengthening the work of network public opinion information is conducive to the correct guidance of public opinion, so as to constantly maintain social stability and harmony, is the grass-roots network supervision in the complex environment in the new era needs to focus on the work, From this point of view, a web network public opinion system based on content features is proposed. On the basis of analyzing and studying the key technologies of network public opinion processing, such as information collection technology, network crawler technology, data mining technology and so on, the paper designs and implements a network public opinion monitoring system. The system is divided into three main functional modules: public opinion information collection, public opinion information processing and public opinion information analysis. The system adopts DOM tree and improved PageRank model to process web pages, which lays a good data foundation for the later text processing. TFIDF method is used to calculate the weight of feature words, decision tree is used to classify documents, and hierarchical aggregation class is used to cluster the text, which can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of text processing. By synthesizing the development trend of information quantity and the development trend of emotion index, a network public opinion development trend with time, the experimental results obtained from the system experiment link are obtained, and the validity of the research and design system is verified. The practical application test shows that the system can realize the management requirement of network public opinion based on Web, realize perfect monitoring of public opinion and make accurate decision for assistant decision maker. At the same time, effective network public opinion information supervision technology will greatly reduce the work intensity of grass-roots network supervision and improve work efficiency.
