【摘要】：本作者就職于廣東理工職業(yè)學(xué)院計(jì)算機(jī)系，日常工作內(nèi)容包括安排學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)、提供企業(yè)招聘信息、安排企業(yè)進(jìn)校招聘等。在與學(xué)生、教師及企業(yè)的聯(lián)系工作中，三方都需要填寫大量的信息，這些信息均采用EXCEL表格來填寫，既繁瑣又費(fèi)時。因此本作者在工作之余考慮到是否可以開發(fā)一個高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)網(wǎng)站，既可以讓企業(yè)上去發(fā)布各種崗位信息、教師發(fā)布文章、又可以讓學(xué)生針對崗位投遞簡歷等功能。 本文通過對國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行了一定研究，并根據(jù)廣東理工職業(yè)學(xué)院就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的需求，創(chuàng)建了一套利用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理學(xué)生就業(yè)的具體方案。該系統(tǒng)具有用戶與系統(tǒng)交互性強(qiáng)，界面友好，操作簡單的特點(diǎn)。該網(wǎng)站采用模塊化及B/S三層結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)思想，在服務(wù)器端搭建ASP運(yùn)行環(huán)境IIS6.1，通過使用C#語言完成web.net服務(wù)器應(yīng)用程序，客戶端借助普通瀏覽器，實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)信息之間的動態(tài)交互。系統(tǒng)的主要功能：包括管理員對企業(yè)信息、畢業(yè)生信息添加、刪除的管理操作；畢業(yè)生、企業(yè)在前臺的瀏覽、查詢等功能。 全文主要內(nèi)容由四個部分組成：①就業(yè)指導(dǎo)網(wǎng)站的相關(guān)分析，包括需求分析、可行性分析、業(yè)務(wù)流程分析等；②系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，主要介紹了功能設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)；③系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)，說明了幾個主要模塊的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方法；④對系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了測試。 將該網(wǎng)站應(yīng)用到實(shí)際就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作中，起到了減輕就業(yè)工作人員工作量、增加管理工作透明度的作用，信息的發(fā)布與管理也變得更加及時、高效，從而提高了就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的效率，具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The author works in the computer department of Guangdong Polytechnic Vocational College. His daily work includes arranging student internships, providing enterprise recruitment information, and arranging enterprise-entry recruitment. In the contact work with students, teachers and enterprises, all three parties need to fill in a lot of information, all of which are filled in by EXCEL form, which is tedious and time-consuming. Therefore, the author considers whether a university employment guidance website can be developed after work, which not only allows enterprises to publish all kinds of post information, teachers publish articles, but also allows students to post resumes for posts and other functions. Based on the research on the existing employment guidance website for college graduates in China, and in accordance with the needs of the employment guidance work of Guangdong Polytechnic Vocational College, a set of concrete schemes using computer network to manage the employment of students is established in this paper. The system has the characteristics of strong interaction between users and the system, friendly interface and simple operation. The website adopts the design idea of modularization and three layers of B / S structure. The ASP running environment IIS6.1, is built on the server side and the web.net server application program is completed by using C # language. The client side realizes the dynamic interaction between data and information with the help of common browser. The main functions of the system: including administrator to the enterprise information, graduate information add, delete management operations; graduates, enterprises in the front desk browsing, query and other functions. The main content of this paper is composed of four parts, including requirement analysis, feasibility analysis, business process analysis and so on. It mainly introduces the realization of function design and database design. The realization method of several main modules is explained. The system function is tested. The application of the website to the actual employment guidance work has played a role in reducing the workload of the employed staff, increasing the transparency of management, and the release and management of information has become more timely and efficient. Therefore, it improves the efficiency of employment guidance and has strong practical application value.
