四川移動阿壩城域網(wǎng)擴容工程范圍管理與進度管理研究

【摘要】:通信工程項目的特點就是建設周期長,通常需要2至3年才能建設完成并穩(wěn)定可靠的運行。在通信工程的網(wǎng)絡運行期間業(yè)務模式變化很大,在新舊系統(tǒng)的對接方面需要完成無縫的割接,同時項目的范圍變化將會貫穿于項目的整個生命周期中。阿壩城域網(wǎng)擴容工程建設將大大增加整個阿壩的網(wǎng)絡進出口能力,同時也解決了寬帶用戶接入對高帶寬的需求。本工程對于阿壩的重要生不言而喻,如何加強項目的范圍管理,不僅對項目的建設、運行和維護期的功能拓展有很重要的意義,另外也對本項目的成本控制也有重要的作用。在這篇論文中,對項目范圍管理和項目范圍變更管理的概念和它們之間的關(guān)系進行了介紹,并從項目的范圍定義和范圍的變更管理控制的角度來看的四川移動阿壩城域網(wǎng)擴容項目。本文對四川移動阿壩城域網(wǎng)擴容項目范圍的定義和范圍變更特點進行了介紹,研究了四川移動阿壩城域網(wǎng)擴容項目范圍定義、范圍變更控制過程,該過程包括項目啟動、范圍計劃、范圍定義、范圍核實及范圍變更控制等過程,并針對每個子過程的注意事項,逐一進行了說明。由于項目自身各種原因引起范圍管理的不確定性和頻繁變化對項目管理帶來了很大的困擾,這自然又會造成了進度管理問題。在開展的項目范圍管理研究的同時,本文開展了對項目進度的分析,并對管理中遇到的計劃和時間表變化等問題的進展情況進行了研究,提出了解決方案。通過多方協(xié)調(diào)與合作做出了問題的解決方案,確保了整個項目能夠按計劃進行有效的管理。
[Abstract]:Communication engineering project is characterized by long construction cycle, usually takes 2 to 3 years to complete the construction and stable and reliable operation. During the network operation of the communication engineering, the business mode changes greatly, and the jointing of the old and the new systems needs to be completed seamlessly. Meanwhile, the scope of the project will change throughout the whole life cycle of the project. The construction of Aba Metropolitan area Network (man) expansion project will greatly increase the network import and export capacity of Aba, and at the same time solve the demand of broadband user access for high bandwidth. This project is self-evident for the important life of Aba. How to strengthen the scope management of the project is of great significance not only to the construction, operation and maintenance of the project, but also to the cost control of the project. In this paper, the concepts of project scope management and project scope change management and their relationships are introduced. And from the project scope definition and scope of change management control point of view of Sichuan Mobile Aba man expansion project. In this paper, the definition and scope change characteristics of the project scope of Sichuan Mobile Aba man expansion project are introduced, and the scope definition and scope change control process of Sichuan Mobile Aba man expansion Project are studied. The process includes project initiation. Scope planning, scope definition, scope verification and scope change control are described one by one for each sub-process. Due to the uncertainty and frequent changes of scope management caused by various reasons of the project itself, the project management is troubled greatly, which naturally leads to the problem of schedule management. At the same time, this paper analyzes the progress of the project, studies the progress of the problems in the management, such as the change of the plan and schedule, and puts forward the solutions. Problems are solved through multi-party coordination and cooperation to ensure that the whole project can be managed effectively as planned.
