【摘要】：政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站是政府部門的政務(wù)信息對外公開發(fā)布的重要平臺，是政府各部門履行部門職責(zé)，向社會提供公共服務(wù)，接受社會監(jiān)督的重要窗口。我單位根據(jù)上級部門的要求需要建設(shè)政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站，并且通過對該網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)，向社會發(fā)布準確及具有時效性的信息等。 政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站已經(jīng)被廣泛認為是改進政府溝通平臺的重要方式。推動網(wǎng)上政務(wù)公開平臺的建設(shè)，已經(jīng)被政府認為是現(xiàn)在最重要的工作之一，，是政府達到政府工作信息面向社會公布的一個重要的途徑。 政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站因為網(wǎng)站使用部門多，需求獲取比較難。本網(wǎng)站的需求獲取途徑由以下幾個方面： （1）通過政府部門各處室網(wǎng)站管理人員處得到需要上傳信息的類別、內(nèi)容，了解管理人員平時工作方法。 （2）借鑒其它各省政府部門政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站相關(guān)內(nèi)容，制定出符合政府要求的網(wǎng)站結(jié)構(gòu)。 （3）通過公眾對政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站的要求，制定相關(guān)欄目。 通過需求分析政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站要達到以下標準： （1）政務(wù)信息通過網(wǎng)站向公眾發(fā)布信息，及時、準確。 （2）政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站通過網(wǎng)上互動欄目，將公眾對政府的意見及時反應(yīng)到政府部門。 （3）政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站達到維護簡單方便。 （4）政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站達到安全性強。 （5）政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站達到部分欄目針對會員瀏覽。 （6）政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站頁面修改簡單，不具備網(wǎng)頁制作的管理人員可操作。 根據(jù)以上內(nèi)容，我們以數(shù)據(jù)庫、WEB技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)，建立數(shù)據(jù)量大、安全、方便的管理信息系統(tǒng)。滿足政務(wù)公開網(wǎng)站以發(fā)布政務(wù)信息發(fā)布為主，重點發(fā)布政府工作動態(tài)信息、省發(fā)改委職能范圍內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟建設(shè)、社會發(fā)展和體制改革信息、政策法規(guī)信息、政務(wù)公開信息、便民服務(wù)信息以及其他與政府工作相關(guān)的信息的要求。
[Abstract]:The open government affairs website is an important platform for the public release of government information. It is an important window for government departments to perform their duties, to provide public services to the society and to accept social supervision. In accordance with the requirements of the higher authorities, our unit builds a public government website, and through the construction of the website, we can release accurate and timely information to the society. Open government affairs website has been widely regarded as an important way to improve government communication platform. (3) through the requirements of the public to open the website, Develop related columns. (2) the open government affairs website through the online interactive column, The public opinion on the government should be reflected to the government department in time. (3) the open government website can be maintained simply and conveniently. (4) the open government affairs website has strong security. According to the above contents, we build a large, safe and convenient management information system based on database and Web technology.
