網(wǎng)絡(luò)化C~4ISR系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)效性分析方法

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中,戰(zhàn)略預(yù)警、時(shí)間敏感目標(biāo)的打擊、協(xié)同指揮決策等都對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化C4ISR系統(tǒng)的響應(yīng)時(shí)間提出了更高的要求。提出了一種基于社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化C4ISR系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的時(shí)效性分析方法,從系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)層面評(píng)估網(wǎng)絡(luò)化C4ISR系統(tǒng)的響應(yīng)時(shí)間。為此,首先建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)化C4ISR系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的OPDAR模型,然后提出了情報(bào)信息流、協(xié)同信息流和指控信息流3類信息流的定義、數(shù)學(xué)表示及其參量計(jì)算方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上定義了情報(bào)信息流時(shí)延、協(xié)同信息流時(shí)延和指控信息流時(shí)延3種系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)效性分析指標(biāo)及計(jì)算方法,支持定量分析系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的時(shí)效性。最后,利用所提分析方法對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的兩種區(qū)域聯(lián)合防空系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的時(shí)效性進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In modern warfare, strategic early warning, attack of time-sensitive targets and coordinated command and decision have all put forward higher requirements for the response time of networked C4ISR systems. In this paper, a time-efficiency analysis method of networked C4ISR system structure based on social network analysis is proposed. The response time of networked C4ISR system is evaluated from the system structure level. Firstly, the OPDAR model of networked C4ISR system structure is established, and then the definitions of information flow, cooperative information flow and information flow of command and control are proposed, and the mathematical representation and the calculation method of parameters are presented. On this basis, the time-efficiency analysis indexes and calculation methods of information flow delay, cooperative information flow delay and information flow control delay are defined to support quantitative analysis of the time-efficiency of the system structure. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing and analyzing the time-efficiency of the two structures of the regional joint air defense system.
