網絡化C~4ISR系統結構時效性分析方法

【摘要】:現代戰(zhàn)爭中,戰(zhàn)略預警、時間敏感目標的打擊、協同指揮決策等都對網絡化C4ISR系統的響應時間提出了更高的要求。提出了一種基于社會網絡分析的網絡化C4ISR系統結構的時效性分析方法,從系統結構層面評估網絡化C4ISR系統的響應時間。為此,首先建立網絡化C4ISR系統結構的OPDAR模型,然后提出了情報信息流、協同信息流和指控信息流3類信息流的定義、數學表示及其參量計算方法,在此基礎上定義了情報信息流時延、協同信息流時延和指控信息流時延3種系統結構時效性分析指標及計算方法,支持定量分析系統結構的時效性。最后,利用所提分析方法對設計的兩種區(qū)域聯合防空系統結構的時效性進行對比分析,驗證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In modern warfare, strategic early warning, attack of time-sensitive targets and coordinated command and decision have all put forward higher requirements for the response time of networked C4ISR systems. In this paper, a time-efficiency analysis method of networked C4ISR system structure based on social network analysis is proposed. The response time of networked C4ISR system is evaluated from the system structure level. Firstly, the OPDAR model of networked C4ISR system structure is established, and then the definitions of information flow, cooperative information flow and information flow of command and control are proposed, and the mathematical representation and the calculation method of parameters are presented. On this basis, the time-efficiency analysis indexes and calculation methods of information flow delay, cooperative information flow delay and information flow control delay are defined to support quantitative analysis of the time-efficiency of the system structure. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing and analyzing the time-efficiency of the two structures of the regional joint air defense system.
