【摘要】：正2017年1月15日,中共中央辦公廳、國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)了《關(guān)于促進(jìn)移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)健康有序發(fā)展的意見》(以下簡稱《意見》)�！兑庖姟分饕槍σ苿踊ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè),就其進(jìn)一步發(fā)展應(yīng)遵循的要求、發(fā)展方式、存在的問題等方面給出了明確說明,涉及市場準(zhǔn)入制度、4G普及和5G研發(fā)推進(jìn)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、中小微互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新等方方面面。關(guān)于簡政放權(quán)和行政審批。《意見》提到,推動移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展需要完善市場準(zhǔn)入制度。具體的做法便是深入推進(jìn)簡政放權(quán)、放管結(jié)合、優(yōu)化服務(wù),進(jìn)一步取消和下放相關(guān)行政審批事項(xiàng),加快落實(shí)由先證后照改為先照后證,簡化審批
[Abstract]:On January 15, 2017, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued "opinions on promoting the healthy and orderly Development of the Mobile Internet" (hereinafter referred to as "opinions").
