協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)中任務(wù)規(guī)劃與可拓知識推送方法的研究

【摘要】:基于Web的產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)是在分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)資源共享的現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)方法。通過建立協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),將分布于不同地域的設(shè)計(jì)人員以及相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)知識有效的整合到一起,大幅度提高產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)效率,縮短產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)周期,幫助企業(yè)提高競爭力,贏得市場。本文針對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),研究了協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)的規(guī)劃過程,針對設(shè)計(jì)知識表達(dá)及推送方面存在的不足,將可拓理論應(yīng)用到知識表示及知識推送中,并在協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)中得到了較好的應(yīng)用。首先,本文從網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)入手,通過分析當(dāng)今主流系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),確定了協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)基于Web的協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)工作方式,構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)體系架構(gòu),并結(jié)合協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)。其次,分析了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)的類型,提出任務(wù)分解的基本原則以及任務(wù)分解的過程,用設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)矩陣表征各設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)之間的關(guān)系,針對耦合任務(wù)集,采用基于割裂算法的解耦方法對設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)進(jìn)行解耦,并建立了任務(wù)分配模型,將任務(wù)分配到最合適的設(shè)計(jì)人員。然后,再針對協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)中分布于不同地域的設(shè)計(jì)知識,用形式化的可拓基元進(jìn)行基元建模,構(gòu)建基元可拓集,并建立基元知識庫,根據(jù)決策模糊物元模型,構(gòu)建可拓關(guān)聯(lián)函數(shù),并根據(jù)計(jì)知識推送的可拓模型,將產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)知識推送給相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)人員。最后,規(guī)劃了協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊,并利用SSH、JSP、SQL Server、Tomcat技術(shù)開發(fā)了基于Web的產(chǎn)品協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Product collaborative design based on Web is a modern design method to share design resources in distributed network environment. Through the establishment of collaborative design system, the designers distributed in different regions and related design knowledge are effectively integrated together, which greatly improves the efficiency of product design, shortens the product design cycle, helps enterprises to improve their competitiveness and win the market. In this paper, the planning process of collaborative design task is studied for product design. Aiming at the shortcomings of knowledge representation and push in design, extension theory is applied to knowledge representation and knowledge push. And in the collaborative design system has been a good application. First of all, this paper starts with the architecture of the network collaborative design system, through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream system design structure, determines the design structure of the collaborative design system, according to the collaborative design mode based on Web, The system architecture of product collaborative design is constructed, and the network topology of collaborative design system is designed according to the characteristics of collaborative design. Secondly, the types of product design tasks are analyzed, the basic principles of task decomposition and the process of task decomposition are put forward, and the relationship between design tasks is represented by design structure matrix. The decoupling method based on split algorithm is used to decouple the design task, and a task assignment model is established to assign the task to the most suitable designer. Then, aiming at the design knowledge distributed in different regions in collaborative design, we use formal extension primitives to model primitives, construct the extension set of primitives, and establish the knowledge base of primitives, and construct extension correlation function according to the fuzzy matter-element model of decision making. According to the extension model of planning knowledge push, the product collaborative design knowledge is pushed to relevant designers. Finally, the main function modules of the collaborative design system are planned, and the product collaborative design system based on Web is developed by using the Web JSP SQL Server Tomcat technology.
