基于Web服務(wù)可信性的用戶反饋度量研究
[Abstract]:At present, the problem of trustworthiness has become an important bottleneck that hinders the development of Web services. In this paper, based on the domestic and foreign experts and scholars, we summarize the related concepts of trusted and trusted Web, propose the importance of researching the credibility of Web services based on user feedback metrics, and construct a more effective user feedback metric model. The user feedback metric model of Web service credibility based on multi-influence factors is verified by simulation experiment. The main research results are as follows: firstly, It is pointed out that the research of user feedback metrics based on Web service credibility is of great practical significance. This paper analyzes the validity of the existing measurement models and points out that these models can not encourage service providers to keep on trading in good faith. Then, according to the dynamic programming theory, this paper analyzes the validity of the reliability, service transaction time and service transaction value of service evaluators by mathematical formula. It is pointed out that when these influencing factors meet certain conditions, service providers can be encouraged to keep good faith transactions. Then this paper constructs a user feedback metric model based on Web service credibility considering the influence of multiple factors and introduces a penalty factor to increase the penalty for malicious service providers. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed metric model is more objective and effective. The research in this paper is helpful to reduce the asymmetry of information between the two parties of Web service transaction, to increase the cost of malicious behavior of service provider, to reduce the risk of Web service transaction, and to promote the healthy development of Web service.
