服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理

【摘要】:服務(wù)器是指在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境中為網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的其他客戶計(jì)算機(jī)提交的服務(wù)請(qǐng)求提供相應(yīng)服務(wù)的高性能計(jì)算機(jī)。進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是開發(fā)階段中的重要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)之一,是構(gòu)成服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不確定性的客觀基礎(chǔ)。國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究與著作主要集中于新產(chǎn)品開發(fā),工程建設(shè)與軟件開發(fā)等項(xiàng)目管理中,對(duì)進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)綜合管理的資料較少,對(duì)服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目方向的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理與進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究幾乎沒有。 本文以服務(wù)器開發(fā)進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)為研究對(duì)象,以如何做好服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作為最終目標(biāo),綜合運(yùn)用多種項(xiàng)目管理方法,對(duì)進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了識(shí)別,分析與控制。主要工作體現(xiàn)在以下四個(gè)方面: (1)總結(jié)了服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的特點(diǎn)。結(jié)合服務(wù)器產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的特點(diǎn),開發(fā)流程及進(jìn)度管理模式,歸納總結(jié)出服務(wù)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特點(diǎn),即開發(fā)周期敏感性更強(qiáng)、不確定性因素更多、多任務(wù)化特征更明顯、信息的反向不對(duì)稱性較突出、跨部門協(xié)作要求更高。 (2)識(shí)別并分析了影響服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源。根據(jù)服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問卷;通過查閱資料,訪談與問卷調(diào)查的方法,建立了服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)清單,得到33項(xiàng)影響服務(wù)器開發(fā)的進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素;采用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概率影響評(píng)估矩陣和層次分析法對(duì)進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)要素進(jìn)行了定性定量分析,確定了權(quán)重分配,得到服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 (3)提出了服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的新思路。將關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)納入到服務(wù)器開發(fā)的進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中,并結(jié)合關(guān)鍵鏈法將進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素加入到進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制中,改進(jìn)服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過程。 (4)建立了服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目生命周期的進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理框架。針對(duì)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)各階段的特點(diǎn),任務(wù),進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的不同,提出了服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中各階段風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的內(nèi)容,方法及控制原則‘。 通過對(duì)服務(wù)器開發(fā)全生命周期的進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究,建立了服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理指標(biāo)體系,方法與管理框架。對(duì)于服務(wù)器開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理具有一定理論意義,對(duì)實(shí)際工作也有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。最后以T項(xiàng)目為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,驗(yàn)證方法與框架的有效性與可管理性。
[Abstract]:A server is a high-performance computer that provides services for the service requests submitted by other clients in the network environment. The progress risk is one of the important risks in the development phase and an objective basis for the uncertainty of the progress risk of the server development project. According to the characteristics of the progress risk management of the server development project, a questionnaire is designed. By consulting the data, interviews and questionnaires, the schedule risk list of the server development project is set up, and 33 progress winds that affect the development of the server are obtained. The risk factors are analyzed by the risk probability impact assessment matrix and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the weight distribution is determined, and the evaluation index system of the progress risk of the server development project is obtained.
(3) the new idea of the progress risk management of the server development project is put forward. The key chain technology is incorporated into the progress risk management of the server development, and the progress risk factors are added to the schedule and control with the key chain method to improve the progress risk management process of the server development project.
(4) the framework of the progress risk management of the life cycle of the server development project is set up. According to the characteristics, tasks and progress risks of each stage of the project development, the contents, methods and control principles of risk management in each stage of the progress risk management of the server development project are put forward.
Through the research on the progress risk management of the whole life cycle of the server, the index system of the progress risk management of the server development project is set up, the method and the management framework. It has some theoretical significance for the progress risk management of the server development project, and also has certain guiding significance to the actual work. Finally, the T project is taken as an example. Empirical analysis verifies the effectiveness and manageability of the method and framework.
