智能電網(wǎng)信息安全威脅及防御技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的發(fā)展,智能電網(wǎng)應(yīng)運而生,智能電網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn)極大地方便了人們的生產(chǎn)和生活,但是與此同時越來越多的隱患也威脅著智能電網(wǎng)的信息安全。因此智能電網(wǎng)信息安全性問題是目前智能電網(wǎng)研究迫切需要解決的問題。智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展迫切的需要與之相適應(yīng)的信息安全技術(shù)來保證系統(tǒng)的安全運行。智能電網(wǎng)的信息安全主要包括物理安全、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、數(shù)據(jù)安全及備份恢復(fù)等,除此之外智能電網(wǎng)還會面對由多網(wǎng)融合引發(fā)的新的安全問題。本文首先對智能電網(wǎng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)進行了介紹和研究,進而分析了智能電網(wǎng)信息系統(tǒng)存在的安全隱患。本文從智能電網(wǎng)的實際特點和實際中遇到的安全隱患出發(fā),設(shè)計了一種接入控制方案,方便了密鑰的管理與維護,這樣系統(tǒng)生成的私鑰可以被安全的保護下來,所有網(wǎng)外設(shè)備試圖接入到電網(wǎng)內(nèi)部前都要完成注冊,否則不會獲得訪問系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的權(quán)限。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種基于Hash函數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)完整性認(rèn)證方案,在判斷數(shù)據(jù)在傳輸過程中有沒有被篡改的同時,也對是否偽造消息做出了判斷,很好的解決了目前智能電網(wǎng)信息安全存在的問題。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, smart grid emerges as the times require, the emergence of smart grid greatly facilitates the production and life of people, but at the same time, more and more hidden dangers also threaten the information security of smart grid. Therefore, the security of smart grid information is an urgent problem to be solved in the research of smart grid. The development of smart grid urgently needs information security technology to ensure the safe operation of the system. The information security of smart grid mainly includes physical security, network security, data security and backup and recovery. In addition, smart grid will face new security problems caused by multi-network convergence. In this paper, the architecture of smart grid is introduced and studied firstly, and then the hidden danger of security in smart grid information system is analyzed. Based on the actual characteristics of the smart grid and the hidden security problems encountered in the practice, this paper designs an access control scheme, which facilitates the management and maintenance of the key, so that the private key generated by the system can be protected safely. All off-network devices must be registered before attempting to access the power grid, otherwise they will not gain access to the system. On this basis, a data integrity authentication scheme based on Hash function is proposed, which determines whether the data has been tampered with or not, and whether the data is forged or not. A good solution to the current smart grid information security problems.
