區(qū)級(jí)教育信息化云平臺(tái)建設(shè)規(guī)劃與內(nèi)容的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展綱要》發(fā)布,對(duì)于教育信息化來(lái)說(shuō),“十二五”時(shí)期是一個(gè)重要的發(fā)展契機(jī)。國(guó)家明確提出了“三通兩平臺(tái)”的建設(shè)方針,教育云作為教育信息化發(fā)展的方向與趨勢(shì)是不可阻擋的。教育信息化經(jīng)過(guò)前期的發(fā)展,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境、硬件建設(shè)方面都有了一定的基礎(chǔ)。但各校應(yīng)用平臺(tái)建設(shè)發(fā)展不均衡、不統(tǒng)一,無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)共建共享,以及無(wú)法為師生、家長(zhǎng)提供一站式的在線服務(wù),成為教育信息化從重硬輕軟的起始階段發(fā)展至今的一大軟肋。本文,就現(xiàn)階段甘井子區(qū)教育信息化的整體情況進(jìn)行了充分調(diào)研分析,通過(guò)長(zhǎng)期對(duì)現(xiàn)有平臺(tái)的使用反饋研究,根據(jù)目前國(guó)家對(duì)“三通兩平臺(tái)”建設(shè)的要求,結(jié)合自身對(duì)教育信息化平臺(tái)的認(rèn)識(shí)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施了區(qū)域基于云平臺(tái)的教育信息化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)。通過(guò)本項(xiàng)研究,在制定教育云建設(shè)規(guī)劃中起到關(guān)鍵的作用,形成了系統(tǒng)均衡、全面適用的教育云平臺(tái)建設(shè)規(guī)劃,為區(qū)內(nèi)教育信息化建設(shè)提供有效的技術(shù)支撐。在實(shí)際平臺(tái)建設(shè)及推廣應(yīng)用過(guò)程中,出現(xiàn)過(guò)少數(shù)問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題將促進(jìn)在本文基礎(chǔ)上的不斷深入研究的開(kāi)展,確保教育信息化云平臺(tái)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program was issued, which is an important opportunity for the development of education informatization. The state has clearly put forward the construction policy of "three links and two platforms", and the educational cloud is irresistible as the direction and trend of the development of educational informatization. After the early development of educational informatization, there is a certain foundation in network environment and hardware construction. However, the development of the application platform of each school is not balanced, unified, unable to realize the co-construction and sharing, and unable to provide one-stop online service for teachers and students and parents, which has become a major weakness of the development of education information from the starting stage of "hard, light and soft". In this paper, the author makes a full investigation and analysis on the overall situation of education informatization in Ganjingzi District at the present stage. Through the long-term feedback study on the use of the existing platforms, according to the requirements of the current state for the construction of the "three links and two platforms", This paper designs and implements the construction of regional educational informatization service system based on cloud platform in combination with its own understanding of educational information platform. Through this study, it plays a key role in making the educational cloud construction planning, and forms a systematic balanced and fully applicable educational cloud platform construction plan, which provides an effective technical support for the educational information construction in the region. In the actual platform construction and promotion and application process, there have been a few problems. These problems will promote the development of further research on the basis of this paper, and ensure the sustainable development of educational information cloud platform.
