交互式情感與認(rèn)知體驗(yàn)在用戶(hù)界面設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:數(shù)字時(shí)代環(huán)境下,吸引受眾的眼球的、具有研究?jī)r(jià)值的商品,已不僅僅局限在外觀設(shè)計(jì)或者功能上。卓越的設(shè)計(jì)可以吸引用戶(hù)的使用,讓用戶(hù)獲得滿(mǎn)足感,尊重用戶(hù)的想法和需求,使產(chǎn)品為企業(yè)帶來(lái)更多的利潤(rùn),,這種案例不勝枚舉,這也使得“以用戶(hù)為中心”的設(shè)計(jì)原則更為廣泛的傳播。 對(duì)于用戶(hù)和用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)的研究,目的是為了更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)交互,促進(jìn)界面設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)就是將用戶(hù)情感和認(rèn)知結(jié)合起來(lái)指導(dǎo)界面設(shè)計(jì)。以用戶(hù)的情感與認(rèn)知方式為出發(fā)點(diǎn),研究人機(jī)情感交互,可以通過(guò)對(duì)用戶(hù)的人臉表情、肢體行為、生理信號(hào)和文本輸出的情感表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析,了解用戶(hù)的情感需求。在用戶(hù)認(rèn)知方面,了解用戶(hù)的認(rèn)知水平、方式、特征等多方面因素。通過(guò)對(duì)用戶(hù)情感和認(rèn)知的分析,將這些感性因素,視覺(jué)化的表達(dá)到界面設(shè)計(jì)中,使用戶(hù)享有更自然、更人性的體驗(yàn)感受。 本論文的主要工作內(nèi)容如下: (1)對(duì)七歲以下兒童漢語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行總結(jié)和歸納,分析不同年齡段兒童的特點(diǎn),對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容分層。 7歲以前這個(gè)階段,是兒童學(xué)習(xí)和掌握漢語(yǔ)基本使用的階段。通過(guò)訪談法,咨詢(xún)幾位處在該年齡段兒童的家長(zhǎng)和幼兒園老師,了解對(duì)孩子進(jìn)行漢語(yǔ)教育的情況,并且做了筆記,整理后總結(jié)兒童學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容,主要包括漢字、詞語(yǔ)、成語(yǔ)、唐詩(shī)、宋詞、歇后語(yǔ)、小故事和兒歌。 (2)通過(guò)合理的調(diào)查,分析兒童的認(rèn)知能力和情感特點(diǎn),可以更好的指導(dǎo)界面設(shè)計(jì)。 兒童的認(rèn)知能力有限,設(shè)計(jì)的界面要適應(yīng)兒童的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)的盡量簡(jiǎn)單,不能以設(shè)計(jì)師的角度去考慮問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)師也要努力的擺脫設(shè)計(jì)局限,符合用戶(hù)特點(diǎn),而不是符合設(shè)計(jì)師。另外,在進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)研時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)目標(biāo)用戶(hù)的調(diào)查也應(yīng)該根據(jù)實(shí)際情況展開(kāi),本文的目標(biāo)用戶(hù)是7歲以下的兒童,但是這個(gè)年齡段的兒童,表達(dá)能力有限,很多時(shí)候不能準(zhǔn)確的表達(dá)想表達(dá)的意思,所以,做調(diào)研對(duì)象是與目標(biāo)用戶(hù)聯(lián)系最緊密的兩個(gè)群體,即幼兒園老師和學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)展開(kāi)。 通過(guò)合理制定目標(biāo)用戶(hù)的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù),以?xún)和J(rèn)知能力為基礎(chǔ),以情感元素來(lái)指導(dǎo)界面設(shè)計(jì)的具體實(shí)踐。結(jié)合兒童的認(rèn)知能力,通過(guò)卡通人物與學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容建立聯(lián)系,符合兒童的認(rèn)知能力。在界面情感表達(dá)方面,通過(guò)對(duì)兒童面部表情的匯總分析,了解兒童的情緒狀態(tài)。選擇適合兒童接受的色彩,表達(dá)積極向上的情感。注重界面與兒童的交互性方面,加入背景音樂(lè)和手寫(xiě)版,使兒童更好的參與其中。 (3)通過(guò)編碼語(yǔ)言和視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)“寶貝學(xué)漢語(yǔ)”網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)。 網(wǎng)頁(yè)采用靜態(tài)頁(yè)面為主,嵌入javascript腳本的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于內(nèi)容更新方便,表現(xiàn)形式更加靈活,適應(yīng)于兒童用戶(hù)的直觀感受。另外,這些頁(yè)面也可以被網(wǎng)上其他人進(jìn)行瀏覽,無(wú)論用的是什么類(lèi)型的電腦或者瀏覽器,都可以進(jìn)行瀏覽,這就為用戶(hù)群的使用提供了便捷保障。 視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)選擇符合兒童認(rèn)知特點(diǎn)的卡通動(dòng)畫(huà)形象作為指導(dǎo),根據(jù)不同的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容,作為主人公的形象存在,幫助兒童更好的完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。 (4)通過(guò)測(cè)試和用戶(hù)體驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)具體的用戶(hù)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,獲得界面設(shè)計(jì)的反饋信息,改進(jìn)界面設(shè)計(jì)中的不足。 邀請(qǐng)30位小朋友參加體驗(yàn),完成設(shè)計(jì)好的任務(wù),填寫(xiě)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,了解兒童對(duì)界面設(shè)計(jì)的滿(mǎn)意程度,可以更好指導(dǎo)界面設(shè)計(jì)不斷的進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。 根據(jù)有理有據(jù)的調(diào)研和實(shí)踐,注重進(jìn)行可用性測(cè)試和用戶(hù)體驗(yàn),總結(jié)反饋信息,不斷進(jìn)行修改和細(xì)化。本文中重點(diǎn)研究的是用戶(hù)情感和用戶(hù)認(rèn)知,本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)就是兩點(diǎn)結(jié)合起來(lái),加入到用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)過(guò)程和用戶(hù)界面設(shè)計(jì)中。 最后,經(jīng)過(guò)不斷的改進(jìn)和完善,做出符合兒童認(rèn)知與情感特點(diǎn)的漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)站。
[Abstract]:The digital age environment , attracting the attention of the audience , has the research value of the commodity , has not only limited to the design or function of the design or function . The excellent design can attract the user ' s use , make the user obtain the satisfaction , respect the user ' s thoughts and needs , make the product bring more profit to the enterprise , this case does not win the enumeration , this also makes the design principle of " the center of the user " more extensive dissemination .
In order to achieve better human - machine interaction and to promote the development of interface design , the innovation point of this paper is to combine user ' s emotion and cognition to guide the interface design .
The main contents of this paper are as follows :
( 1 ) To sum up and sum up the study contents of children under the age of seven , to analyze the characteristics of children in different age groups , and to stratify the learning content .
At the age of 7 , it is a stage in which children learn and master the basic use of Chinese . Through the interview , several parents and kindergarten teachers in this age group are consulted to understand the situation of Chinese education for children , and take notes , summarize and summarize the children ' s learning contents , including Chinese characters , words , idioms , Tang poetry , Song Ci , Michigan , small stories and songs .
( 2 ) Through reasonable investigation , the cognitive and emotional characteristics of children can be analyzed , and the interface design can be better directed .
Children ' s cognitive ability is limited , the design interface is to adapt to the characteristics of children , the design is as simple as possible and cannot be taken into consideration by the designer ' s point of view , and the designer should try to get rid of the design limitation and meet the user ' s characteristics rather than the designer . In addition , when designing the survey , it is found that the survey of the target user should also be carried out according to the actual situation . However , the research object is the closest two groups to the target user , namely the kindergarten teacher and the student parents .
Based on the children ' s cognitive abilities , the author points out the specific practice of the interface design by reasonably designing the learning task of the target user . In view of the cognitive ability of the children , the author points out the emotional state of the children through the analysis of the children ' s facial expressions .
( 3 ) By coding language and visual design , the construction of " Baby Learning Chinese " website is realized .
The webpage adopts a static page as the main component , and is embedded with the implementation mode of the JavaScript script , and has the advantages that the content updating is convenient , the expression forms are more flexible , and the intuitive feeling of the child user is accommodated .
Visual design selects cartoon cartoon image which accords with the children ' s cognitive characteristics as the guide , according to different learning content , as the image of the hero , helps the child to complete the learning task better .
and ( 4 ) designing a specific user questionnaire through testing and user experience , obtaining feedback information of the interface design , and improving the shortage in the interface design .
Invite 30 small friends to participate in the experience , complete the designed task , fill in the questionnaire , understand the child ' s satisfaction with the interface design , can better guide the interface design to improve continuously .
Based on the research and practice of the rational , the usability testing and user experience are paid attention to , the feedback information is summarized and modified and refined continuously . The emphasis of this paper is user emotion and user cognition . The innovation point of this paper is the combination of two points , and is added to the user experience process and user interface design .
Finally , through continuous improvement and improvement , a Chinese learning website that accords with the cognitive and emotional characteristics of children is made .
