【摘要】：敦煌研究院網(wǎng)站承擔(dān)著本院文物展示、學(xué)術(shù)研究、敦煌石窟文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)宣傳、工作動(dòng)態(tài)、旅游接待等多項(xiàng)信息發(fā)布職能,是敦煌研究院的重要門面和信息發(fā)布窗口。其機(jī)構(gòu)的特殊性決定敦煌研究院網(wǎng)站具有用戶階層廣泛、內(nèi)容信息豐富等特點(diǎn),同時(shí)對(duì)網(wǎng)站的信息時(shí)效性、內(nèi)容編輯專業(yè)水平、信息展示方式等有較高的要求。 近年來,敦煌石窟游客數(shù)量持續(xù)增長,石窟保護(hù)與旅游矛盾突顯,敦煌石窟數(shù)字化產(chǎn)品、敦煌學(xué)文獻(xiàn)資源及旅游相關(guān)內(nèi)容網(wǎng)絡(luò)展示成為迫切需求。不同需求的用戶對(duì)網(wǎng)站的要求越來越高,而現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)站在內(nèi)容、功能、展示方式、編輯效率、安全性上已經(jīng)完全無法滿足用戶及編輯的需求。為滿足敦煌研究院網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容管理的需要,本項(xiàng)目擬設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)一種面向網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容編輯與發(fā)布的網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng),以減輕網(wǎng)站維護(hù)工作量,減輕建立網(wǎng)站的復(fù)雜性,規(guī)范網(wǎng)站后臺(tái)信息管理和發(fā)布流程,從而使網(wǎng)站的運(yùn)營管理、內(nèi)容維護(hù)變得簡(jiǎn)單快捷。 本文以敦煌研究院網(wǎng)站為主要研究對(duì)象,在分析敦煌研究院網(wǎng)站特殊的內(nèi)容需求的基礎(chǔ)上,從系統(tǒng)、結(jié)構(gòu)、規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)、用戶流量分析、后期優(yōu)化等方面詳細(xì)論述了敦煌研究院內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),在理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的基礎(chǔ)上,研究建立技術(shù)上成熟,功能完善,流程優(yōu)化,并提供具體的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法的網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng)。 系統(tǒng)自2013年1月試運(yùn)行以來,以其靈活的工作流程,豐富的功能,多樣的展示方式,得到網(wǎng)站管理人員和用戶的好評(píng)。通過不間斷的用戶分析和多層次網(wǎng)站優(yōu)化,大部分設(shè)計(jì)錯(cuò)誤及漏洞得到更正,目前用戶群穩(wěn)定,用戶點(diǎn)擊量穩(wěn)中有升。
[Abstract]:The website of Dunhuang Research Institute is the important facade and window of Dunhuang Research Institute, which is responsible for the display of cultural relics, academic research, cultural heritage protection and publicity of Dunhuang grottoes, work dynamics, tourism reception and other information publishing functions. The particularity of its organization determines that the website of Dunhuang Research Institute has the characteristics of extensive user stratum, rich content information and so on. At the same time, it has higher requirements to the website's information timeliness, professional level of content editing, information display method and so on. In recent years, the number of tourists in Dunhuang grottoes continues to increase, the contradiction between protection and tourism is highlighted, the digital products of Dunhuang grottoes, the resources of Dunhuang literature and the network display of tourism-related contents become urgent needs. Users with different requirements have higher and higher requirements for the website, but the existing website in content, function, display mode, editing efficiency, security has been completely unable to meet the needs of users and editors. In order to meet the needs of website content management of Dunhuang Research Institute, this project intends to design and implement a website content management system for website content editing and publishing, in order to reduce the workload of website maintenance and the complexity of website establishment. Standardize the website background information management and release process, so that the website operation management, content maintenance become easy and fast. This paper takes Dunhuang Research Institute website as the main research object, on the basis of analyzing the special content requirements of Dunhuang Research Institute website, from the system, structure, planning, design, realization, user flow analysis, The design and implementation of the content management system of Dunhuang Research Institute are discussed in detail from the aspects of later optimization. On the basis of integrating theory with practice, the paper studies the establishment of mature technology, perfect function, process optimization, and so on. And provides the concrete realization method website content management system. Since its trial operation in January 2013, the system has been praised by website administrators and users for its flexible workflow, rich functions and various display methods. Through continuous user analysis and multi-level website optimization, most of the design errors and vulnerabilities have been corrected. At present, the user group is stable, and the number of user clicks is increasing steadily.
