【摘要】：【目的/意義】P2P技術作為2000年前后一項重要的技術熱點,近20年的發(fā)展,其技術成熟度和應用廣泛度都獲得極大提高,對無線網(wǎng)和計算機技術的發(fā)展起到了重要推動作用�！痉椒�/過程】以INNOGRAPHY平臺為數(shù)據(jù)源,對P2P技術國際專利進行檢索和統(tǒng)計分析,從專利權人分布、地區(qū)分部、技術熱點主題,以及專利強度等角度進行深入解讀�！窘Y果/結論】隨著P2P技術在無線網(wǎng)絡和計算領域應用日趨成熟,其技術熱度正在褪去,其專利申請數(shù)量近三年呈下降趨勢,亟待新的研究熱點出現(xiàn);中國公司在P2P技術上仍屬于跟隨者,無論資源還是技術實力都有所欠缺,需轉換策略,向技術實力型專利權人過渡。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] P2P technology, as an important technology hot spot around 2000, has been greatly improved in technology maturity and wide application over the past 20 years. It has played an important role in promoting the development of wireless network and computer technology. [methods / processes] using INNOGRAPHY platform as data source, the international patent of P2P technology is searched and statistically analyzed, from the distribution of patent holders, regional divisions, hot topics of technology, [results / conclusion] as P2P technology is becoming more and more mature in wireless networks and computing, its technical heat is fading, and the number of patent applications has declined in the past three years. Chinese companies still belong to the follower in P2P technology, no matter the resources or the technical strength are lacking, need to change the strategy to the technology strength patentee.
