網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行態(tài)勢感知技術(shù)及其模型

【摘要】:針對現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)態(tài)勢感知技術(shù)無法反映網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體運行質(zhì)量的問題,提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行態(tài)勢的概念,并給出其模型。首先,將馬爾科夫鏈的轉(zhuǎn)移概率引入網(wǎng)絡(luò)鏈路權(quán)重評價中以衡量相鄰節(jié)點的可達性,進而求得網(wǎng)絡(luò)鏈路權(quán)重;隨后,為一致、穩(wěn)定地評估網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行質(zhì)量并克服基于支持向量機評估方法在訓(xùn)練過程中存在的參數(shù)難以確定、過擬合等問題,提出了基于相關(guān)向量機的網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行質(zhì)量評估方法;最后,將各鏈路的運行質(zhì)量評估值按照權(quán)值加權(quán)得到網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行態(tài)勢,實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行質(zhì)量局部評估向網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行態(tài)勢整體呈現(xiàn)的提升。實驗結(jié)果表明,該模型獲得的網(wǎng)絡(luò)態(tài)勢值與通過灰色模糊綜合評估得到的態(tài)勢值的平均絕對誤差僅為1.61%,優(yōu)于基于支持向量機的網(wǎng)絡(luò)評估方法;通過對態(tài)勢均值及方差的比較,可對不同網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)方案提供必要的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the existing network situation awareness technology can not reflect the overall operation quality of the network, the concept of the network operation situation is proposed and its model is given. Firstly, the transfer probability of Markov chain is introduced into the evaluation of network link weight to measure the reachability of adjacent nodes, and then the network link weight is obtained. To evaluate the network running quality stably and overcome the difficulties of parameter determination and over-fitting in the training process based on support vector machine (SVM), a network quality evaluation method based on correlation vector machine (RVM) is proposed. The network running situation is obtained by weighting the operation quality evaluation value of each link according to the weight value, and the overall performance of the network running situation can be improved by the local evaluation of the network operation quality. The experimental results show that the average absolute error between the network situation value obtained by this model and the situation value obtained by grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is only 1.61a, which is superior to the network evaluation method based on support vector machine, and compared with the situation mean value and variance. It can provide necessary technical guidance for different network construction schemes.
