【摘要】:視頻變化檢測廣泛應(yīng)用于我們?nèi)粘I畹脑S多領(lǐng)域,如交通管理和森林防火。為了滿足這種需求,各種算法和視頻變化檢測系統(tǒng)得到研究。早期的方法雖然有可以值得借鑒的地方,但是隨著信息社會的發(fā)展,視頻變化檢測的需求也日益多樣化。因而,現(xiàn)存的系統(tǒng)可能面臨以下挑戰(zhàn):1)系統(tǒng)必須基于Web和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口;2)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該是實時或接近實時的;3)系統(tǒng)是按需求靈活配置的。 針對以上背景,本文提出的基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的Web系統(tǒng)能夠解決視頻變化檢測系統(tǒng)中的這些問題。這種系統(tǒng)能夠支持實時執(zhí)行,在系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)方面具有很好的靈活性。本文使用開放地理空間聯(lián)盟(Open Geospatial Consortium,OGC)的基于Web的地理處理和Sensor Web技術(shù),提出了一種新方法來處理這樣的系統(tǒng)。其中,OGC的Web處理服務(wù)(WPS)定義了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基于Web服務(wù)的地理信息處理接口。OGC的Sensor Web定義了用于共享和互操作傳感器和傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)的Web服務(wù)接口。傳感器觀測服務(wù)(SOS)是OGC的傳感網(wǎng)實現(xiàn)(SWE)服務(wù)之一,它使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基于Web服務(wù)的接口來實現(xiàn)對傳感器和傳感網(wǎng)觀測數(shù)據(jù)的管理。 本文首先介紹了傳感網(wǎng)及視頻變化檢測的研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、課題研究的目標(biāo)和意義。介紹了傳感網(wǎng)下實現(xiàn)視頻變化檢測服務(wù)的幾個主要關(guān)鍵技術(shù):基于SWE的傳感網(wǎng)服務(wù)框架分析、傳感網(wǎng)觀測服務(wù)(SOS)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口以及基于Web Service的地理信息處理服務(wù)(WPS)操作接口。其次詳細分析了視頻傳感器建模過程及實現(xiàn),它為視頻變化檢測服務(wù)的實現(xiàn)提供信息模型支持。然后重點研究了實現(xiàn)視頻變化檢測服務(wù)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),包括實現(xiàn)基于實時的移動視頻變化檢測和基于需求的WPS處理兩個子架構(gòu)。最后通過原型系統(tǒng),,分別從視頻觀測服務(wù)和視頻處理服務(wù)的角度對所提出的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)進行了驗證性實驗,實驗結(jié)果表明所設(shè)計的視頻變化檢測服務(wù)框架、模型及技術(shù)是可行的。
[Abstract]:Video change detection is widely used in many areas of our daily life, such as traffic management and forest fire prevention. In order to meet this demand, various algorithms and video change detection systems have been studied. Although the early methods can be used for reference, with the development of the information society, the demand for video change detection is becoming more and more diverse. Therefore, the existing system may face the following challenge: 1) the system must be based on Web and standard interface 2) the system should be real-time or nearly real-time) the system should be configured flexibly according to the demand. In view of the above background, the Web system based on the standard specification can solve these problems in the video change detection system. This system can support real-time execution and has good flexibility in system architecture. This paper presents a new method to deal with such a system based on Web and Sensor Web technology, which is based on the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC). The standard Web service-based geographic information processing interface .OGC 's Sensor Web defines the Web service interface for sharing and interoperating sensor and sensor network data. Sensor observation Service (SOS) is one of OGC's sensor network implementation services. It uses a standard interface based on Web service to manage the sensor and sensor network observation data. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background of sensor network and video change detection, the research status at home and abroad, the goal and significance of the research. This paper introduces several key technologies for realizing video change detection service under the sensor network, such as the analysis of the service framework of the sensor network based on SWE, the standard interface of the observation service of the sensor network and the operation interface of the geographic information processing service based on Web Service. Secondly, the modeling process and implementation of video sensor are analyzed in detail, which provides information model support for the implementation of video change detection service. Then, the architecture of video change detection service is studied, including real-time mobile video change detection and requirement based WPS processing. Finally, through the prototype system, the system architecture is validated from the view of video observation service and video processing service respectively. The experimental results show that the proposed video change detection service framework, model and technology are feasible.
