【摘要】：目前隨著人們對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)研究的不斷深入，數(shù)據(jù)挖掘在企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)及生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)揮這越來越重要的作用，已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略建設(shè)的重要組成部分。針對(duì)石化行業(yè)中的大量信息流、物料流以及資金流等，采用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)對(duì)這些信息進(jìn)行深入的挖掘分析，有利于提高石化企業(yè)的運(yùn)作效率，降低生產(chǎn)成本。 本文是圍繞A石化實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫實(shí)施項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行展開的，首先概述了A石化建設(shè)實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫的重要意義及針對(duì)不同層次（如決策層、生產(chǎn)管理層和生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行層）的不同需求實(shí)現(xiàn)的不同目標(biāo)，其次通過采用國(guó)際先進(jìn)軟件與成熟技術(shù)，結(jié)合A石化的特點(diǎn)與要求，對(duì)搭建實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫集成平臺(tái)的流程進(jìn)行介紹，開發(fā)所需要解決的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題，，包括實(shí)現(xiàn)與各種數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)（如DCS系統(tǒng)、PLC系統(tǒng)、SCADA系統(tǒng)、電氣系統(tǒng)等）的對(duì)接；與ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享；通過所建設(shè)的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)可以完成采集、存儲(chǔ)和管理生產(chǎn)過程中的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)，并分析較長(zhǎng)周期內(nèi)的歷史生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)，進(jìn)而根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表、設(shè)備監(jiān)控和業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)行監(jiān)控等功能。所建設(shè)的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)還可以為ERP等應(yīng)用管理系統(tǒng)提供經(jīng)優(yōu)化處理后的生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)，進(jìn)一步提高全廠營(yíng)運(yùn)效益。最后對(duì)現(xiàn)階段的研究設(shè)計(jì)成果進(jìn)行效果展示，并對(duì)需要進(jìn)一步完善的地方進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，展望了下一步需要繼續(xù)深入進(jìn)行的研究和探索工作。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of data mining technology, data mining plays a more and more important role in the process of enterprise information construction and production, and has become an important part of enterprise strategy construction. In view of a large amount of information flow, material flow and capital flow in petrochemical industry, the use of data mining technology to dig and analyze these information will help to improve the operation efficiency of petrochemical enterprises and reduce production costs. This paper focuses on the implementation project of A petrochemical real-time database. Firstly, it summarizes the significance of the construction of real-time database in A petrochemical industry and aims at different levels (such as decision-making level, etc.) By adopting advanced software and mature technology, combining with the characteristics and requirements of A petrochemical industry, this paper introduces the process of setting up a real-time database integration platform. The key technical problems need to be solved in the development, including the realization of docking with various data acquisition systems (such as DCS system, DCS system, electrical system, etc.), the realization of data sharing with ERP system, etc. Through the real-time database system, we can collect, store and manage the real-time data in the production process, analyze the historical production data in a long period, and then realize the statistical report according to the business demand. Equipment monitoring and business operation monitoring and other functions. The real-time database system can also provide optimized production data for ERP and other application management systems, and further improve the operation efficiency of the whole plant. Finally, the effect of the current research and design results is demonstrated, and the further improvement is summarized, and the further research and exploration work is prospected.
