【摘要】:隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來,基于地理位置的服務(wù)成為大眾獲取便捷、有效的信息的重要途徑之一。本文基于云計(jì)算技術(shù)和人工智能技術(shù),研究基于云平臺(tái)的出行服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。在用戶出行的時(shí)候,為其提供便捷化、個(gè)性化、智能化的服務(wù)。該服務(wù)以手機(jī)應(yīng)用的形式呈現(xiàn),通過自然的人機(jī)接口為用戶提供便捷的使用方式;通過圖片等內(nèi)容的展示提供豐富的用戶交互界面;通過云計(jì)算等技術(shù)有效地解決圖片處理、語音識(shí)別等信息處理問題。從本系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外研究情況出發(fā),本文主要包括以下內(nèi)容:首先,對(duì)出行服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的背景和意義、國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)等進(jìn)行了介紹和分析、對(duì)系統(tǒng)中的需求及架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了整體分析。其次,本文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于云平臺(tái)的出行服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用客戶端/云服務(wù)器的軟件開發(fā)模式。在客戶端實(shí)現(xiàn)終端應(yīng)用,在云服務(wù)器端部署數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件。在此基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了功能模塊,其中,客戶端功能模塊包括:用戶信息管理、圖片上傳與標(biāo)注、人機(jī)交互、朋友圈互動(dòng)等。云服務(wù)器端功能模塊包括互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)獲取、圖片推薦算法、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)等功能模塊。其中,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)獲取實(shí)現(xiàn)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上自動(dòng)抓取圖片,數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)實(shí)現(xiàn)將本項(xiàng)目獲取的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)。云服務(wù)集成實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有的云服務(wù)與系統(tǒng)之間的集成。通過客戶端和服務(wù)器端兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行,用戶通過智能終端之間的信息交互,使得用戶可以獲取信息并通過智能終端分享自己的信息;再加上智能終端與云端的信息交互,使得智能終端可以把數(shù)據(jù)保存到云端,并且可以使用云端提供的服務(wù)。最后,對(duì)基于云平臺(tái)的出行服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,通過測(cè)試環(huán)境、相關(guān)聯(lián)的數(shù)據(jù)等形式,完成了性能測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的有效性,同時(shí)表明基于云平臺(tái)的出行服務(wù)系統(tǒng)對(duì)于用戶的服務(wù)效率有了很大的提高。以上基于云平臺(tái)的出行服務(wù)系統(tǒng)是本人在碩士實(shí)習(xí)期間于工業(yè)和信息化部軟件與集成電路促進(jìn)中心參與完成的項(xiàng)目。本系統(tǒng)的性能和有效性得到了充分驗(yàn)證,系統(tǒng)的完成得到了公司的認(rèn)可。尤其是系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與客戶端和應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景的結(jié)合,極大的方便和提高了客戶出行服務(wù)能力。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of big data era, geographical-based service has become one of the important ways for the public to obtain convenient and effective information. Based on cloud computing technology and artificial intelligence technology, this paper studies the travel service system based on cloud platform. Provide convenient, personalized and intelligent services for users when they travel. The service is presented in the form of mobile phone applications, providing users with a convenient way to use through natural man-machine interfaces; providing rich user interface through the display of images and other content; effectively resolving image processing through cloud computing and other technologies. Speech recognition and other information processing problems. This paper mainly includes the following contents: firstly, the background and significance of the travel service system, the current situation at home and abroad, key technologies and so on are introduced and analyzed. The requirements and architecture of the system are analyzed as a whole. Secondly, this paper designs and implements a trip service system based on cloud platform. The system adopts the software development mode of client / cloud server. Terminal application is implemented in client and data processing software is deployed in cloud server. On this basis, the function module is designed in detail, among which, the client function module includes: user information management, picture upload and tagging, human-computer interaction, circle of friends interaction, and so on. Cloud server function module includes Internet data acquisition, image recommendation algorithm, data storage and other functional modules. Among them, the Internet data acquisition implementation automatically grabs pictures on the Internet, and the data storage implementation stores the data obtained by the project. Cloud service integration implements the integration of existing cloud services and systems. Through the client and server, the user can get information and share their information through the intelligent terminal through the information interaction between the intelligent terminal, plus the information interaction between the intelligent terminal and the cloud. Enables intelligent terminals to save data to the cloud and to use services provided by the cloud. Finally, the trip service system based on cloud platform is tested. Through the test environment, associated data and other forms, the performance test is completed. The test results verify the effectiveness of the system. At the same time, it shows that the travel service system based on cloud platform has greatly improved the service efficiency of users. The above trip service system based on cloud platform was completed by the Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information during my master's internship. The performance and effectiveness of the system has been fully verified, the completion of the system has been recognized by the company. Especially, the combination of system development, client and application scene greatly facilitates and improves the ability of customer travel service.
